There were certain things I was concerned about with my purchase, but I felt in the long run it could be handled when we got back home. We traveled from Wi. to Ohio for this car, because I wanted one like the one it replaced. Turned out it was an EX model which was an upgrade. Great! My wife was a little leery when there was no mechanic's checklist available, but the only problem was that the radio power knob didn't work so you couldn't shut the radio off. we purchased the car & headed back to Wi. & the day after we returned, the CHECK ENGINE light came on. Took it to our mechanic.. oxygen sensor. OK. All in all it was worth the drive down & we ended up with a decent vehicle.
can't say about the buying process nor anything referencing repair work...was not my experience. Only looking at a car from an online search. Clean enough facility and initially pleasant customer service. Again only limited interactions since the vehicle I was looking at wasn't what I wanted.
Greg was super, no pressure very laid back and he made me feel so comfortable an very outgoing. He was so helpful, that I ended up finding and buying my Acura MDX, he had it all detailed and paperwork ready when I came to pick it up.. I am shopping for another vehicle for my son and our start and most likely finish will be with GTX.. GTX has made me one happy owner of my Acura, and no financing, because they made it possible for me to pay cash.. Thank you Greg very being so helpful and making this happen for me and Serenity..
I bought a car from Phil. First I called in and he answered my questions at the same time he was multi-tasking and busy with customers at his desk. He was very forward with me and up front regarding my questions; which I like. Great help and we really like our new car. I totally recommend.
For the person who complained that Phil was more interested in walk-Ins; you need to put yourself in a car sales reps shoes and someone who is multi-tasking. I would imagine a high percentage of those who call in are not serious about buying a car. If you were serious you would of been proactive and went onsite to talk to Phil or ask another sales person for help.
Pat and his team were absolutely excellent. This was our first time buying a car and he made the process so easy for us. He explained every step of the process and made sure we didn’t have any doubts about anything. The customer service was A+ and we would recommend Preferred Auto to anyone looking into buying a used car!
