Normally I hate shopping for a car but this time I was pleasantly surprised. The process was lengthy but because it kept moving and the sales and finance people didn’t play games, I didn’t even notice. Kudos to salesman Christian Hodges and finance rep Richard Todd!

I was pleasantly surprised when the dealer reached back to me, and provided me.Detailed information about the vehicle. There was no badgering, or pushy sales pitch, which I appreciated. Did not buy the vehicle but they will be top dealership on my list when I'm ready to make an offer, solely for the salesperson's professionalism.
I can't speak highly enough about this establishment. Chris and Tyler were especially courteous and made our buying experience the best we've ever had from a car dealership. In case you're thinking, "Duh, when you buy something that expensive, they have to kiss your @$$," we bought a used Jeep for less than 30K. They're just good people, regardless of who you are or what you're buying.
Purchased a new CRV here. Dealership is immaculate. The cleanest most well maintained I've ever seen. We worked with Favio Costin on our purchase. Nothing short of outstanding! He let us know if the car was available and made the purchase the smoothest we have experienced. Pricing was fair as well as the offer on a trade. He clearly explained all facets of the vehicle and the paperwork process was efficient. The buying experience was so good it has changed my wife's negative opinion about buying cars (maybe not a good thing?). I found my new vehicle on line at Simi Valley Ford. I had been looking for a used Subaru Forester and they had a 2011 with 169,000 miles on it. They kept on asking if I knew how many miles it had on it. My husband and I are now a two-Subaru family - he drives a 1998 Forester and, of course, I get the 2011 in beautiful Paprika Red Pearl. The vehicle turned out to be in beautiful condition and I was thrilled. Their pricing was excellent. All the salesmen were great including the manager. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford or a used car.
My Escape had to have a recall repair recently. Kevin scheduled and rescheduled my appointment without any problems always returning my calls. He also did the same for my husband who needed repairs on his 1997 Thunderbird. My husband called him numerous times regarding this and he always was courteous and helpful.

Purchased a used car. It had issues before and after purchase, but the owner stepped up and sent car to his mechanic. I recommend their mechanic, CJP Auto Repair in Thousand Oaks - Justin and Chris. They thoroughly addressed my car issues and communicated their findings quickly. All were addressed and they assured me my purchase was a good one. Regan Motors, Troy, Antonio and Jimmy made a bad situation better. They paid the $170 in needed repairs and now I feel better. I would recommend them to others, but always be proactive in your purchase. Check everything in the car- lights, A/C, locks, seatbelts, brakes, wipers...before you buy.
This is my second purchase from Regan in the last 4 years. The best service I've ever experienced. The first was a Jeep Cherokee for myself that is going on 228,000 miles and now a car for my wife. Thanks again guys!!!
