I?m always greeted like part of the family, I am always treated like family and that is one of the reasons I keep coming back. My advisor always listens to my concerns and actually does what I need for my car. My tech was awesome as well he showed me the work and explained what he did. That?s quality in a dealership.

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

I have been buying cars from this dealership since 2018. Once I found the best employees in the place life has been great! Buba’s the best guy in service always going above and beyond! Trey is the best in sales! Making sure everything is as it’s supposed to be! And Christie when you need a service advisor she is the best person in the whole dealership.

AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park review
Refused to go to car dealerships because of awful experiences but thought I'd give them a try. Very polite, kind and no pressure sale. They made the experience pleasant and enjoyable, no stress. I ended up with a better car than I hoped for. From now on I'm getting my cars from them. I recommend them to anyone looking for a no pressure sale. They helped me finance, set up insurance, and the registration. What a positive experience. I won't go anywhere else

I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

CarMax NorcrossReviews
CarMax Norcross review
I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! You're such a great employee and that deserves recognition.
