Joseph Toyota of Cincinnati review
I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla from Chris Ward, and I highly recommend working with him. He answered all of my questions and made the buying process smooth and hassle-free. He never pressured me into anything and met me where I was at. The car was the cheapest new Corolla I found in the area. After my purchase, I decided to cancel a warranty I no longer wanted. The customer service team who answered calls were really helpful and the person who assisted me, Sean, made it quick and simple. All in all, very happy!

Worked with salesman Paul Schoenhoft in buying a used truck. Paul was very helpful and amazing to work with. If the truck I purchased is as good and reliable as Paul, it will last a lifetime.
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

Purchased a M45 in 2007 and have gotten all my service done at this location over the years. Dan Murphy is the Service Manager and he and his staff are outstanding to work with!!!! My car performs as good as the day I drove it off the lot 16 years ago!!!! Considering on my experiences over the past 16 years I would "Highly Recommend" this Dealership!!!!

Abby at Toyota Performance is amazing! She’s always friendly, helpful, and makes everything easy. I also really love the inspection videos—they show you exactly what’s going on with your car and explain it in a way that’s easy to understand. Great service all around!

Wonderful car buying experience. Tyler(Manager) and Dennis (Finance office) were absolutely crucial in making this car buying experience above the rest. Tyler took the time to explain pricing line by line so I had a full understanding of the total cost. Tyler also made me feel comfortable and kept the process low pressure and enjoyable. Dennis in the Finance Office was outgoing and friendly. Dennis again went thru pricing and made sure I knew what the final numbers were and explained every form I was signing, offered warranty options and went over cost and coverages. These two gentlemen made this normally stressful process enjoyable.

Peter the salesman was courteous and professional. Very nice dealership! My wife did not like the interior color so we did not buy the car.
