We had a great experience with the purchase of a new Cadillac from Jeff Schmitt Cadillac. Our sales rep is Marcie and she has went above and beyond to make the buying experience fir our needs exactly. We live out of town and the buying process was quick and easy. Once we arrived, the was out front cleaned and full of gas. The finance process was quick and efficient. The entire staff were very helpful and willing to answer any questions. Marcie has followed up and checked in several times and is always going the extra mile to assist! We would recommend Marcie and Jeff Schmitt Cadillac to everyone!

I had a great experience at Kings Toyota. Ermek was very helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions and made purchasing my Toyota Highlander easy and comfortable. I’m very happy with my new car. Thank you, Ermek and Kings Toyota!
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

INFINITI of CincinnatiReviews
INFINITI of Cincinnati review
The service team at Infiniti of Cincinnati is stellar. I had a punctured tire and called on 10/16 - expecting a several day wait at best. (Like just about any other place these days.) Nope - they told me if I could get there they'd take care of it ASAP. They did. While it was on the lift I asked if they could to the regular oil change and tire rotation as this would save me a trip. No problem. They took care of it. I couldn't be happier. I can't thank the service folks enough. I am bad at remembering names else I would recognize them here. I've always had great service from this dealership. The car I took in is my 4th from this dealership. My next car will also be another Infiniti from Infiniti of Cincinnati. My last sales experience in Sept was also stellar. I'd been looking online for a particular model for awhile. I saw one in stock, emailed the Internet lead on Sunday night, and brought it home Monday afternoon. Fast, professional, great to work with.

Jeff Schmitt MitsubishiReviews
Jeff Schmitt Mitsubishi review
We purchased a used ‘25 Mitsubishi Outlander last weekend at the Jeff Schmitt Auto Group dealership in Fairborn, OH. We live almost 5 hours from their location so much of the communication/information was done online and over the phone. Needless to say, we got a good deal on this vehicle that was in immaculate condition. Bo, Joey, Dustin, and Derek did an excellent job providing everything we needed- and there was quite a bit- to complete the online process and get everything ready for our arrival. They were professional, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with during our purchase. Finishing the buy and picking up the vehicle was quick and easy. It was well worth the long drive to buy our vehicle and we couldn’t be happier with the condition of the car and the good deal we got. We will definitely look to Schmitt’s Auto Group in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a vehicle that also has a really good, hard working staff. Thanks guys- we appreciate you!
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.
