I am not one to write reviews, this is my first one ever but I felt very compelled to do so. I have always dreaded the purchase of a new vehicle and found it to be a very frustrating and stressful experience. A good friend told us about Lou's Car Care and I just drove home with my new car. I could not be more impressed and satisfied with the entire experience from beginning to end . It feels so good to deal with honest, good people who go above and beyond meeting your needs. It was an extremely pleasant experience and I will be happy to tell all my friends to call Lou Jr when in need of a car.
This is the second Volvo I've purchased from Alan Byer motors and have no qualms in recommending his dealership, though I'm not a fan of auto dealers, to anyone! We traded a 2009 S-60 we purchased with the help of Debbie in on a 2016 S-60 - love those S-60's - all except too many bells and whistles for geezers to figure out. Some day my wife and I will figure out how to operate everything in this car. Great place if you're looking for a Volvo!
Zack Tesfai was very informative and professional. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. Once we finished our purchase on a 2018 Rav (which we LOVE), and came to sign papers he put us at ease. As he explained our new vehicle to us, you could tell he definitely was very knowledgeable. Zack was great to work with We rate him as excellent!
I had not purchased a used vehicle in many years and I’m glad I chose this dealership . My salesman, Zach Tesfai, was great. He was patient and listened to my needs and comcerns. I love my RAV4 and would recommend this dealership to family and friends. I started out by looking at the online inventory. They were quick to respond and kept in contact with me periodically. Salesman, Dan Holliman and sales manager Chris Campbell were very helpful with my purchase of a Rav 4. Dan spent a good deal of time reviewing the features of the Rav 4. I was also introduced to mike Reed in the Service Dept.overall my experience was very positive.
Great sales consultant made me feel like I could count on this dealership...sadly not the case the service department didn't follow through with fixing a problem I had after only a few days with my highlander. This resulted in me paying money out of my pocket to replace a leaky battery only 3 weeks after delivery. I then figured Calling the manager but that did no good I was promised by him I'd get a call back..it's been 2 business days and still haven't heard back. This saddens me this is my third vehicle purchase from Romano dealerships but I don't feel as though I'll return or recommend them any longer.
My husband and I both had leases on Chevy Malibu's that were ending soon-his on May 6th and mine in August. My husband was in the market for a new vehicle and had reasearched many makes and models and decided on looking around for a RAV4. He visited Romano Toyota and met with Jake Sardella. Jake spent 2 hours with Jim explaining all the many options available based on our needs, goals and our current financial state. He explained the pros and cons between buying vs leasing, used vs new, the financial impact of leaving my lease 5 months early, the benifits of getting 2 vehicles now vs ! now and another in August and all the services that Romano Toyota offers its customers.. Jim and I discussed all the information Jake had given him and we decided to invest in 2 vehicles now. Jim and I returned together 2 days later to Romano Toyota and met with Jake. He again spent a lot of time with us explaing the many purchasing options we had. We decided on leasing 2 RAV 4"s. All the financial arrangements were made at that time and the initial paperwork was signed. We arranged to return 2 days later to pick up our new vehicles but first needed to turn in our leased vehicles at a near-by Chevy dealership. When that was completed Jake came to pick us up and drive us to Romano Toyata. He had all the final paperwork organized and ready for signatures and he set up our 1st service appointments. We then went out to our new vehicles and Jake explained all the features that are in the vehicles and set-up the bluetooth and navigation systems and explained and demonstrated how to operate them. These are only the highlights of our very positive experience at Romano Toyota and exceptional treatment given to us by Jake.
I purchased my RAV4 with Jake as my salesperson. He is extremely attentive and made the purchasing process very easy. He went the extra mile and followed up with my several times to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I will absolutely go back again when it comes time for my next vehicle!
I bought my Prius V here. My salesman, Steve, was helpful and actually, entertaining! I felt like he was trying hard to get me my price, and he did. Facilities are nice, and delivery went without a hitch. I will be back :)
My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT AWD from Drivers Village 9/19/18. We purchased it from Dan in the Used Car facility. I could not have asked for a better purchasing experience. From Andrew Hilt, the internet sales person to Dan the sales associate, down to the financing dept.; they were all great and very helpful. we were very pleased with the vehicle.
Trisha reached out to me within a day of showing interest in a car. We set up a meeting for a test drive. I was contacted the same day of the year drive to be told the sold the vehicle at auction. I bought a car elsewhere.
Sales person Big Mike worked diligently to assist me. I was very satisfied with the sales person. Not so impressed with management not wanting to have a satisfied customer with Sun Auto.
