I live in Columbus, Ohio area and had visited all Toyota dealerships there, looking for a 2019 Avalon. I could not find the vehicle I was looking for so I turned to the Internet to find a Toyota dealer who might have the particular model I was looking for. It so happened that McDaniels Toyota in Marion had the exact vehicle I wanted. Though it was a bit further than I wanted to go, I drove the 50 miles to McDaniels to check it out. I arrived at the dealership 6:00 p.m., purchased the vehicle and was driving my new Avalon back to Columbus by 8:00 p.m. All the sales people I spoke with, including the manager were very friendly and helpful. There was no haggling and I got exactly what I wanted for a very fair price. I am 74 years old and have purchased lots of cars over the years. This is by far the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I will return to them for my wife's next vehicle. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership.

Being that I was only a few minutes away from Byers , thought I would see what other RAV4s that were available. So I met Colton and had a very nice conversation with him. Took our Toyota Tundra in for regular maintenance service. Service Advisor Kevin Harrah was professional and pleasant. Service was completed in a timely manner. We left the dealership. Drove onto the highway and when we applied the brakes for the stop light, the brake pedal went to the floor. Had to pump the brakes frantically to get it stopped. Pulled into a parking lot and drove around and pumped the brakes many times to get brake pressure back. Appeared to have air in the line. Scary experience!

I have now bought 4 new Toyotas from South Dayton Toyota over the last 7 years from Sonny the same Salesman. I have been totally satisfied with the sales process and more importantly the vehicles. Just bought my 2nd RAV4 replacing my 2020 which I didn't have one issue with. My wife loves her 2023 Sienna. My daughter loves her 2019 4Runner. Again no issues with any of them. Trade in values were always as good as selling with the realized tax savings. I will be back to this dealer when in the future. My only complaint is that Toyota will no longer let you order a new vehicle but that’s where this dealer works so well with you to get the vehicle you want.
