I have been going to this dealership for over a year now and have had good and bad experiences. One thing I can say is that is something goes wrong like they will work hard to fix it and make things right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Like any dealership you will have good and bad but I think they appreciate the business and work hard to show you that.
While in the process of looking for a used car I ran across one that I was interested in at Magee. Once I sent in a request about the vehicle I saw the very next day I received a call and we texted back and forward for a couple of days. They answered any and every question I had in a timely manner.

It’s clear they make customer Service their business paradigm! I received a phone call an hour before they closed informing me a vehicle I was interested in was available. I told them I was on my way but it would take 40 minutes. They had the vehicle ready when I arrived and stayed late to test drive and purchase the vehicle without any complaint. Further, I arrived with a funding letter from my bank but they still took the time to see if they could beat my bank’s offer and they did! I drove away less than two hours later feeling like they really took care of me. Thanks again!
This was my first experience with Honda of Slidell, and it was a positive one. The general atmosphere of the dealership seemed very friendly. I worked with Joshua Vides through the main part of sales process, and I was happy that he did not subject me to a high-pressure type of sales style. He was very personable, patient, and easy to work with, so I would recommend those in the market for a vehicle to give him an opportunity to earn their business. While there, I also interacted with Daniel Mortenson and Arthur Warning, who were involved in the sales and finance processes, respectively. They rounded out my experience with the same friendliness and no-pressure approach as Joshua. I would recommend a visit to Honda of Slidell.
