I IMMEDIATLY TOLD HIM THAT I HATE CAR SHOPPING AS IT COMES WITH ANXIETY AND ITS NOT MY CUP OF TEA AND THAT I WENT TO PEORIA FORD AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE!! I TOLD HIM WHAT I WANTED AND WHAT I NEEDED AND HE SAID OK LET'S SEE WHAT WE CAN FIND. TANNER LISTENED TO WHAT I WAS SAYING DIDN'T JUST DO WHAT HE WANTED TO MAKE A SALE. THAT WAS GOLD STAR #1. HE TALKED TO ME LIKE A PERSON AND AGAIN LISTENED TO ME AND DIDN'T RUSH TO MAKE A SALE. GOLD STAR#2. HE FOUND A SUV THAT WAS WHAT I WAS DESCRIBING AND THEN SOME. 2021 HONDA CRV. WE TOOK IT FOR A DRIVE AND IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!! I HAVE NEVER FELL IN LOVE WITH THE 1ST CAR DRIVEN AS MOST SALESPEOPLE END UP BRINGING ME VEHICLES THAT I DON'T WANT BECAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE SALE. I NEEDED TO TAKE TIME AND WORK OUT SOMETHINGS WITH ANOTHER MEMBER OF MY HOUSEHOLD BEFORE MAKING A FINAL DECISION AND TANNER AND HIS CREW WERE UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THAT AND DIDN'T PRESSER ME AND HERASS ME. THEY ALLOWED ME TO GO HOME AND TAKE CARE OF WHAT I NEEDED TOO. FAST FORWARD TO THE NEXT DAY, I WENT BACK AFTER WORK AND MADE THE FINAL DEAL. THEY WORKED WITH ME NOT ONLY ON A PROFESSIONAL PERSONAL LEVEL BUT ON A FINACIAL LEVEL AS WELL. THEY KEPT MY PAYMENTS WHERE I NEEDED THEM AND MY INTEREST LOW! AGAIN THEY LISTENED TO WHAT I NEEDED! (PEORIA FORD IF YOU SEE THIS MAYBE YOU SHOULD GET RETRAINED BY THEM) THEY ARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND NOT ABOUT BEING PUSHY ON A SALE. Ariana helped me last week, dealing with a scare I had, thinking that my muffler was messed up. Based on what I showed her from my video I shot under my card, she assured me it was nothing to worry about. I waited a for a little bit, and she let me know they got it taken care of it. It was something that could be pushed back up, because there may have been some screws that got loose. She told me about what caused it, that I have to be careful parking at curbs, and about bumps on the freeway. I shared with her that I was having bad anxiety, due to a personal matter, and she had a kind nurturing quality about her, telling "See, it's okay now, nothing to worry about :) " It was such relief, and I appreciated her telling it to me that way, and it helped me calm down.
2015 Toyota Tundra review
only had the truck for a little while now but the power if the 5.7 is instant. I came from a midsize truck and I don't think ill ever look back. From Ford to Toyota I'll never buy something that isn't Toyota.

Today, we had four key fobs that had failing batteries in them. We struggled with the task, so we went to Harper Ford, Eureka to see if they could help. We were very pleased with Dave at the Parts and Services Department. He was very pleasant and even though it was small tedious request, he cheerfully completed it as if we were the best customers in the world. We have purchased three cars from them in the past and in each transaction, it was never a time that I felt that we were pressured but treated respectfully. The parts department also serviced our car, as well, for a recall and again the service was wonderful. We highly recommend Harper Ford's dealership. In fact, for one of the cars we purchased, we walked away from another car dealership due to their aggressive sales person and the added on additions when it was time to sign on the dotted line for the purchase. The best decision we ever did.
