The sales experience with Roberson, especially with Molly Wilkes, was a rare pleasant experience in the Auto Industry. They were honest in all their dealings with me and never tried to play games on either the vehicle I was purchasing or the one I was trading in. I would recommened both the dealership as well as the sales representative.

We had our truck towed in for service.No car rental places were open on a Sunday so the manager was calling around to try to find a loaner or what our other transportation options were to get back to Portland. While I was wandering around the lot I saw a used Honda Element so asked about pricing. The dealers were friendly, informative and extremely helpful by providing us with different options. They knew we were in a bind but didn't pressure us to purchase or commit one way or another. At other dealerships, the whole process breaks down once you hit the finance department but it didn't at Withnell - again, courtesy & respect, providing and explaining information & options. I wasn't planning on buying a car - and really hope not to need to for a long time but I'd certainly go back

All aspects of my visit were very positive. Your service people were friendly and helpful. I needed to have my car inspected and was pleased a concern I had was not an issue at this time. Also appreciated having my car washed.
Very good , except for the check list about the car. Everything was marked satisfactory, but the air conditioning didn't work, that was corrected. Also there was a weld on the exhaust system that broke off a ring and caused a rattle, but we didn't notice it till after the purchase, which was also marked satisfactory.

We came into Capitol Subaru after just purchasing a used truck 2 weeks before from another dealer. The truck was horrible and kept breaking down on us and we hadn't even made a payment yet, the other dealer would not help us at all, we were stuck with it. We didn't know what options we would have, if any, when we got to Capitol. That's when we met John Mendrin and we told him our situation and he thought they would be able to do something for us. It turned to be a very long day but John made it fun and comfortable for us and it was very low pressure. At the end of the day Capitol was able to get us out of our loan on the truck and get us in to a brand new Forester! We would like to thank everybody who worked hard on our behalf, especially John who stuck with us literally the whole day and has the patients of a saint! Thank you!
John was so knowledgeable and really got to know us when we went to the dealership last weekend for a commuter car. He never rushed us or made us feel like we were taking too much of his time while we were indecisive . . . Even though we spent our whole Saturday with him. Luckily Domino???s delivered!!
