Very happy to have joined the Toyota family Saturday. David Kirby was our rep, he made our experience a breeze. I met David back in February while servicing my Kia across the street. I told him my plan then was to shop around until I could bring my boyfriend with me on a weekend. He was respectful and didn’t get pushy but still gave a high level of attention to my wants. We came in on Saturday and thankfully David was working. He provided the same level of high quality service, attention to detail, and focusing on our needs to help lock in our new 4Runner. If it wasn’t for David I honestly could have waited by get a new car but he really saved the day when I expressed that the numbers rep that jumped in came off a little “numbers only” and not as personable. The numbers guy did turn around and was patient with me explaining all my options. Beautiful new facility. Was referred by friend and client who recently purchased from Audi Rocklin, to Joe. My inlaws had also purchased a vehicle from Audi Rocklin last September. Joe is very knowledgeable on all the features and benefits of several Audis we discussed and in specific the Audi I test drove and eventually purchased. The dealership staff other than Joe were polite and accommodating. Joe and management were very open to negotiations, comparing and contrasting similar vehicles for sale, and made that process as non-confrontational as possible. Finance process was also very smooth.

I purchased a used Toyota 4x4 vehicle without test driving on the freeway. After the purchase I had to drive approx. 100 miles on the freeway to get home. The steering shook a lot and the vehicle drifted to the right. The next day I called Acura and explained the problem. They were more than happy to have me return the vehicle so they could repair it. While they were making repairs I walked across the street to the Toyota dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. I asked Acura if I could cancel the contract so I could purchase the other vehicle and they were very cooperative in doing so.

I got a rare 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport with manual transmission, and bought the "Cilajet" protective coating. I took the truck back to Auburn Toyota 10 days later to have the work done. I had ordered door edge guards and tailgate lettering from their parts dept, and all of the work was done while I waited. They got the work done before promised and the truck looks great. Jake is a great service advisor.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

I had a good experience at EchoPark Automotive, especially working with Roman. He was very helpful, personable, and easy to work with throughout the process. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer my questions and help me find the right vehicle. My one complaint is the aftermarket add-ons. They can be pretty annoying and add a significant amount to the overall price of the vehicle. However, I was able to speak with a manager and get those charges removed, which I really appreciated. Overall, I had a positive experience, and I would recommend working with Roman if you’re shopping at EchoPark. Just make sure you look closely at the added fees and don’t be afraid to ask to speak with a manager if you have concerns.

The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.
