Tokyo...We have a problem!

Vehicles today are technologically complex pieces of (hopefully) highly efficient machinery. When there is a problem, one needs to be able to depend on the experts nearby. Introducing Joseph Scalo and the experts that work with him. My RX350 had a problem that just a handful of vehicles have had in the US. The technicians at Prestige Lexus of Middletown worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, but even the best need to call on those with a more in-depth knowledge of the technical idiosyncrasies that arise. They brought in a cou[ple of engineers from Japan, where my Lexus was built, to assess the situation. Smart move! With a painstaking, multi-facitted approach, coupled with ???state of the art??? equipment, the issue was put to rest. I am happy to say that I have my beautiful RX back where it belongs...home. It takes a team of true professionals to recognize and resolve problems, working outside the normal comfort zone of ???in house??? talent. There is plenty of talent at Middletown Lexus, and it shines...especially when they have to think ???outside the box.??? Thanks to you Joe, and the entire Lexus team around the world.
