Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
Meshi was extremely helpful with getting us the car we were looking for at the right payment. From beginning to end, she was very upfront and showed a lot of initiative in wanting to do whatever she could to make it a great experience. She was not pushy at all, and made the process very relaxing and comfortable. She also explained the vehicle features and help set up the phone in the car. My first purchase with lincoln and I will definitely be back to see her for my next car.
Great customer service! Our salesman, Meshi, was outstanding. She listened to what we wanted and did not push to close the sale. Joel in the service department has been very helpful as well. So far, our experience has been top notch.
I did an online inquiry from Autotrader on a preowned vehicle and received a call from Meshi within a few minutes. She was able to answer my questions. Shortly after I spoke with Meshi , she called me back with a detailed description of the vehicle. Since we were traveling from Tampa to south Florida I wanted to make sure there were no surprises. We agreed to make the purchase based on the description, pricing and professionalism at this store. When we arrived I was very impressed with the vehicle, it is better than described. I’ve been communicating with Meshi for the longest time about the new Navigator 2018 we weren’t sure of what features we wanted exactly yet she managed to make the pre order as simple and easy as possible . This probably was my easiest car transaction I’ve ever had . Starting with the the details about the car to placing the order to being updated every time when there was an update- to the final delivery where she walked us through every single feature there is in the car . I’m very happy with my lincoln and I’ll be referring all my friends her way. I never liked dealers yet she made me think otherwise.
I have always been treated curteoysly at Gunther Motors Service Dept. The Service Specialist go out of their way to ensure any serivce and/or repairs are done satisfactorily, on time and on budget. Over the years (after 6 cars purchased/leased at Gunther VW) I have developed a rapport with some of the specialists.

I need to pick up some floor mats for my new Acadia and Rae decided to come to the dealership (they were closed for Easter) on his day off, on Easter and wait for me to hand deliver me the new mats. I just can't find a words to describe the GREAT PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from Rae. You guys just won a loyal customer forever and a big fan for Brickell Buick & GMC
Robert was fantastic in all aspects of seeing that my car was repaired within only a few hours as he knew I needed my car back by the afternoon. He arranged for a person to take me to work and to pick me up to get back to the dealership to get my car. He was very personable and alleviated my fear of getting the car repaired in time.
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.

Highly recommended! The sales person was able to hit it off the bat in regards to what I was looking to buy. One of the things that called my attention was that she took the time explained everything the car consisted of in detail. Very smooth purchase, feeling content with my new Fiat.
