Sam is an amazing service advisor. He makes sure that all of my needs are taken care of when I come into the shop. He is also great at explaining what needs to be done. I drive over 100 miles a day and thanks to the service department I have not needed any major work on the car.
Martin and Dwayne went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my recent purchase. I've followed Dwayne to different dealerships with a couple previous purchases and I would do the same with Martin. These guys are honest and humble, a rare trate in car salesmen.

From the time i called and talked to Justin in parts then my service advisor Chris and the nice gentleman who greeted me named Alan; everything with my experience was fabulous. Chris kept me informed, called me back many times to answer my questions, kept me informed all day.long on the status of the repairs. CHRIS IS EXCELLENT and Justin was most helpful too. I had given up on working with a lexus service dept after so many bad experiences at lexus of tampabay. Now I had a reason to keep visiting lexus for my services.

Heath explains everything in plain terms, while making you very comfortable while you wait. The technician, Kyle Hyer, serviced my Vehicle today and did a thorough check out. I love this dealership! I have been a customer of Gettle for many years, 7 vehicles purchase thus far. Salesman Dave S. was a gem. Michelle A. was a total diamond. The sales process was low pressure with all my questions answered. So, the reason for 4 stars?. It was Steven in the Finance Dept. His attitude was less than professional, His hard sell of items we did not want fell upon deaf ears. He kept telling us that our vehicle will break down and he could see no reason why we would not buy the upgraded maintenance package stating that we can afford it and he knew we had the extra money. Well, he kept at it until I almost walked out and asked him what part of "No" he did not understand. His attitude was very obvious. At any rate, we finally were able to escape his office and pick up our new vehicle. I have seen other poor reviews on this Finance person, but he still continues to apply the pressure. Anyway, Our salesman apologized, I saw the GM and we left with our new vehicle. Gettle Hyundai is a great place to buy a car and has one of the best service staffs in the area. Just be cautious when you get to the finance stage and Steven is on the other side of the desk.
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
