I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!
Glen Harder is not only a great salesman, but he is a great person. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we were making the right choice in buying our Rav4. We bought a new Lexus car online. Our sales consultant, Mr. Matt Gandy, was able quickly find the right car for us and personally delivered it to our home (~150 miles from the dealership). He helped us to complete the paperwork, introduced us to the car features, and offered further help if needed. It was really a VIP treatment. This is my second purchase from this lot. They have a great selection that really will fit any need. I love buying from this lot because I know that I will get a good reliable car that will last me for awhile and the manager will do anything to make sure you get in a good car for the right price. Instead of going to several lots and trying to find a halfway decent deal I recommend anybody go to this lot to get the best deal first try.

From the moment my wife and I arrived at Iaasacs we felt at ease and not pressured. I felt like I was buying from a family member. Both Steve and Ian are a class act and I will always recommend them and I’ll buy from them again. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it’s worth it folks. Too bad other deLers can’t be like this, good for Iaasacs though
I found Coyle online while shopping for a new 2016 Nissan Rouge. There weren't many left as the 2017 model is out and there were great discounts available for that reason. They were about the only dealership that had what I was looking for and were responsive to my inquiries about the vehicle. So, I drove about 85 miles to get the car and even though I got there rather late, they had the car prepped and ready to go. We got the deal done quickly and I was very impressed with the no nonsense approach by the dealership. It was a truly enjoyable experience.
This morning I received a very sincere touching voicemail from Logan, salesman at cottage auto sales (son of the owner). He was totally apologetic. Not going to blame him or me for the misunderstanding or miscommunication on this care deal. Logan said that he would give me my cash back and the trade in or my car, If that would make me happy. I was in total disbelief or shocked. Used car lots just don't do crazy things like that!!! Logan asked me what would make me happy or satisfied. I told him, and he is going to take care of the issues tomorrow, himself. Logan is only 22yrs. old. Unbelievably!!!!!
I have bought two quality vehicles from this lovely family business. They put their customers first by offering to have your own mechanic evaluate cars from their inventory. Although their haggle-free policy means they don't negotiate on price, I have always found their prices very reasonable for the quality. As long as I live in the Louisville area, I will always look here first for any auto needs I have. It truly is a pleasure doing business with them.
