I had a great truck buying experience at New Holland. I purchased a used F350. From the moment I called to the the time I drove off the lot, everyone at New Holland was professional, detailed and not pushy. I came from quite a distance; my salesman, Andy Bogedain, accurately described the truck over the phone, notified me of a small defect after I had agreed to purchase (it was not a deal breaker) and had all paperwork set up when I arrived. I'd certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Cherry on top: it's located in a nice little town, right in the middle of Amish Country.
I was interested in a car at LCM. When I got there Barry gave me the key and a plate.
I asked him to figure out the total while I was test driving. When I came back I liked the car and the price, so I bought it. Couldn't have been easier.
After my car was totaled during a snow storm, I was undecided on how I was going to replace it. I searched for several days and was leaning toward a certain option, when I happened to find the exact make and model of car that I wrecked at Warwick Autopark, but one model year newer and with 30,000 fewer miles than my old car. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and very fair with their price so the same day I test drove it, I was able to sign the paperwork and put it in my garage. When we are ready to replace my wife's car, I know where we will start our search.
This is my second purchase from Del and the staff were always friendly and helpful whenever I needed service. I will not hesitate to recommend dealership to family and friends. Martin was super sharing family photos and baby stories with us. Great guy!! Angel too was awesome and I commend Jim for his language skills.
My experience with Kim and the staff at Red Lion Chevrolet was absolutely the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle in a long time. I had no intentions of even going to a dealership but after a battle with repairs on my used car it was looking like a new (used) vehicle was my only option. I went to Red Lion Chevrolet because it was the closest dealership to my house and was greeted by kim. With only a broken down Pontiac as down payment and not much financial wiggle room Kim worked her magic and got me in a 2016 Malibu, when I had intentions to buy the cheapest car they could get me. Me and my family are extremely happy to be sitting in a beautiful new (to us, anyways) car, and to be in a reliable safe vehicle that we can rely on for years to come.
Drove out to Gardner Motors to look at a listed vehicle for my son, and it had just sold. So we test drove a 2016 Nissan Sentra on the lot and we liked it and my son loved it. After a comfortable discussion about this being my son's first vehicle, we were VERY pleased with the offer Chris made us and so we agreed to terms that day. Chris was very open fair to us on pricing and the buying process was completely painless and much more expedient than other dealerships we had been to in the past. I was equally impressed with the cleanliness and professional climate of Chris' place of business. I encourage anyone shopping for a car to stop by Gardner Motor's and have a look at their selection as well as visit with Chris, as he's a fun loving character!!! I have one more child who will be driving soon and Gardner Motors will be our first stop.
Performance Toyota has been first-rate service, superbly reliable cars, etc., etc. Our salesman, Alan Guido, was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. I returned here for a new car because my past experience has been so good.
I had a problem with my Toyota RAV 4 LE 2018 hybrid. Frustrated with the dealership, I called Lexus of Chester Springs and spoke with Michelle. I was online and, together we discussed the car I picked out. We made the down-payment via credit card that day and, working with Alvan and Michael, I was able to close on the car the next day. They took care of my problem Toyota and I drove off with a beautiful car and an extremely pleasant sales purchase experience. This was an extraordinary event for me but they made it seem as if it's what they do every day. Before the Toyota, we had Lexus from this dealership, so I knew I would be treated well. I never expected this over-the-top treatment and I will never again try another car or another dealership. Lexus of Chester Springs, thank you!
