Own a 2014. Best bang for your buck for a 8 seater. I'm at 200k miles with just the usual oil changes and tires when needed. Only 1 downside to these cars are the markups from dealerships.

2025 Toyota Land Cruiser review
I purchased this car at the end of June 2025 and currently have only 5,000 miles on it. So far I love the Land Cruiser. The interior is very nice, but not especially plush. It is comfortable. The LC handles well, but I haven't taken it off-road, nor have I had to deal with difficult weather conditions. The drawbacks that I see are that it requires premium gas, does not get especially good gas mileage, and the gas tank is small for the size of the vehicle. I have no regrets in buying this vehicle.

2022 Toyota Highlander Hybrid review
I have had the XLE with some upgrade options as a company fleet vehicle. I have driven it about 12,000 miles in six months from 36k to 48k miles, now. I use it as a work vehicle for sales calls and some personal use. Here’s my plusses and minuses. Plusses: 1. Acceleration is strong and quick. Great for merges and when you need to pass. Amazing for a car this big. 2. While I have not calculated mileage, it is amazing and definitely as good or better than the rating. 3. Space and layout is good. I generally use it with all the rear seats down, though. Only a little family use and it was okay. 4. Reliability. Not a single problem and I think the first rep abused the car and took poor care of it. Minuses: 1. Engine is loud when gas kicks in. Would be unacceptably loud in a luxury car. 2. Comfort is mediocre. Large flat hard seats. Might be better if you are bigger. 3. Tech. Small screen, annoying beeps, lane keep adjusts too hard and would not kick in on a cold snowy day. Maybe the sensor was frozen but should not have. Apple CarPlay is what you want to use. Adaptive cruise tends to keep pushing you back to increase distances. Some cars you can set it, not sure on this. It’s annoying when you’re trying to maintain distance in a fast lane and it’s pushing you back. Also, on curvy roads, almost any curve it auto-brakes gently. You have to turn it off on mountain roads or you’ll make everyone sick. Overall, it is a great car on performance and average or mediocre on everything else. I would recommend the car as a reliable family hauler or work car as I use it. I have a Hyundai Palisade Limited (gas) and if you didn’t want a hybrid I’d totally go Hyundai as it’s way nicer on comfort and Hyundai tech is far better. To be fair, my Palisade is a higher trim but I don’t think the Toyota is that much better on higher trims and tech won’t improve.

2023 Toyota 4Runner review
Great looking, fun to drive 4x4, super reliable, leather interior but strong enough for 2 dogs and 2 kids. Goes anywhere. Roof rack easy to use. HAs all the electronic helper (BSM, cross traffic alert, lane keeping, adaptive cruise). The downside is the gas milage. 16.5 to 18 mpg depending on time of year & type of gas (summer vs winter gas). No service issues in 45,000 miles but they did some fuel pump recall when I was in for an oil change

2024 Toyota Grand Highlander review
I am super pleased, I have this car. It makes me super excited and just gives me the feel of being wealthy and grand like my GrandHighlander. It gives me peace of mind when am driving it, no matter the climatic conditions. I drove it during the enormous snow that happened in 2024 in Maryland and it was just marvelous. I got it brand new and has put nearly 15k mileage on it yet it still feels brand new. Though there’s been some recalls on it, which has been fixed by Toyota free of charge but I’ve never had any issues driving it. It’s a great upgrade from the previous sedan car I had. It is truly an amazing luxury car without the luxury price. I wholeheartedly recommend this car. I particularly liked the fact that it is roomy and has cargo room too while being a beautiful SUV with the strength of a Truck.

Five Stars for Hyundai of Folsom Lake and Cory Today we picked up my daughter's 2015 Hyundai Sonata after a lengthy repair process, and I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received from Hyundai of Folsom Lake. From the beginning, Cory set the standard for what customer service should look like. Communication was prompt, clear, and transparent. Every question was answered honestly, every update was provided when promised, and at no point did we feel like we were being left in the dark. Even when the news wasn't what we had hoped for, Cory communicated it professionally and with genuine respect. Our experience at Hyundai of Folsom Lake stands in sharp contrast to another local dealership. We initially contacted Roseville Hyundai, but were told it would be approximately 30 days before they could even inspect a vehicle that had been determined to be unsafe to drive due to a fuel system issue. That delay ultimately led us to Hyundai of Folsom Lake—a decision that turned out to be a blessing in disguise. While I was disappointed with Hyundai Motor America's final decision regarding goodwill assistance, I want to be clear that my experience with Hyundai of Folsom Lake was entirely different. The dealership and its staff treated us with professionalism throughout the process. They accurately diagnosed the problem, clearly explained the repair, advocated on our behalf during the goodwill review, and kept us informed every step of the way. Too often, dealerships only hear from customers when something goes wrong. In this case, Hyundai of Folsom Lake—and especially Cory—deserve recognition for doing things right. If you're looking for a Hyundai dealership in the Sacramento region that values communication, honesty, and customer service, I would not hesitate to recommend Hyundai of Folsom Lake. 2022 Toyota Tacoma review
Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

2016 Toyota 4Runner review
It's the very last body on frame bullet proof SUV. It's built like a tank is great for all types of driving situations and here in Illinois where the roads are almost as terrible as it's governor it needs to be ready to drive over potholes the size of Pritzkers rear end and handle it. I've had no problems and plan on holding onto it especially now that Toyota has taken a turn for the worse with garbage 4 cylinder turbos.

2013 Toyota Sienna review

There was one pretty big glitch during the final financial part that definitely gave me pause. The out the door price was more than agreed to based on the salesman not divulging a cost that didn?t apply with the interest rate I wanted. My wife drives this vehicle and she is a small gal. She said it fits her great and rides very smooth. Gas mileage isnt the best but she doesnt drive it everyday so its not a big deal for us .

2015 Toyota Sienna review

2024 Toyota Tacoma review
For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

2024 Toyota Tacoma review
New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

2020 Toyota RAV4 review
I've had my 2020 rav4 le for several months & bought it used with 1 owner. Absolutely love it. Only complaint is 2 tiny copper clips fell out of drivers side mirror & now whenever I go to the carwash, the mirror buckles all the way fwd, then all the way backwards. It's a common problem. Other than that, beautiful car inside/out.

2026 Toyota Grand Highlander review
I absolutely love this car. It’s a big jump from sitting in the rav4. The grand is much higher. You may just want a regular Highlander but you’re not getting the grand style. I don’t like that I have to shut off the auto start and stop. Only bad thing. Other than that, it reminds me of the Lexus TX

I just feel awesome driving my ORP 4 Runner , so much versatility, capability, reliability and it looks cool! It’s a bit pricey but resale is usually solid.
