2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!

We’ve been going to performance for about eight years now. We’ve purchased multiple vehicles from them. we are so grateful for John Gerlach, Will Long, and Damien. Not only were they able to fix a terrible situation with Carfax. They were able to get me and my brand new 2026 Jeep grand Cherokee. We are so grateful for them and they are absolutely amazing! we will never go anywhere else!

Purchased a new car. I had in mind what I wanted until I got there. Dean brought a Kia suv over to the Toyota lot and I just loved it. Of course I had to buy it. They were all great to work with and fast. Dean definitely has a gift for picking the right vehicle for the right person. Thanks to all who assisted me with my purchase. :)

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

I recently worked with Michael Bue in the service department. He could not have been more professional, accommodating, and efficient. It is so nice to be treated as an important customer rather than just another number. Michael has far surpassed those I have worked with in the past at other dealerships. Thank you again for making me feel appreciated!
2024 Honda Odyssey review
An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
I bought a used vehicle this week and dealt with Andrew and Bryce. Excellent customer service and I was surprised at how fast the process went. Every employee there was courteous and very friendly. The car was cleaned and spotless. I also received timely responses from my phone calls and texts after the purchase. The dealership was very clean. I noticed that there were a lot of stalls in the maintenance shop indicating that they can accommodate many vehicles for service or repairs. Overall it was a very good experience.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
Talking care of Lewis center is a great dealership. They were able to answer all my questions and they were not pushy about buying the car that I was looking at. My salesperson Colleen was very helpful and kept me informed as to what was going on with the car between it getting certified and getting detailed. I definitely would buy a car from this company.

Coughlin Kia of Lewis Center review
LOOK NO FURTHER for another dealership or vehicle!!! We have purchased many vehicles over the last 30+ years through several dealerships and with several manufacturers. The buying process has always been stressful, lack-luster, and the sales/finance teams were aggressive. At Kia Coughlin we met Bryce and Andrew who treated us like family and made the car buying process easy, fun, and tailored to our needs. They listened to what we wanted, and they delivered! They went above-and-beyond to get the exact car we wanted - a black, AWD, EV6 GT. And the car was delivered in less than one-month instead of three-months! Financing was easy and hassle-free. No sales gimmicks or pressure. We asked for reasonable trade-in compared to Kelly Blue Book and what we were offered at a certain car buyer, and Andrew made it happen. THE EV6 IS THE BEST electric vehicle and it's just not only our opinion! Oh yeah...and the EV6 GT...the car is beyond expectations and EXTREMELY FUN TO DRIVE and FAST! We drove and researched several electrical vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Hyundai, Nissan, and Rivian). The Kia EV6 is superior to them all. The EV6 is luxurious and comfortable; has everything you need from auto-drive to wireless charging; the exterior and interior design are aesthetically beautiful. We highly recommend the lighting package for any EV6 model. I have had the EV6 GT for two weeks and I have had several people at stop lights roll down their window and tell me how amazing the car looks. In store parking lots I have had three different people stop to tell me how awesome the car looks and ask me questions about the EV6. Charging at home is a breeze and inexpensive...at 2.5-3 miles per KwH and current electrical charges of $0.075 per KwH...you pay only $25-$30 per 1000 miles at home!!! And you get the best warranties we've ever been offered...10 years and this even covers NORMAL WEAR and TEAR - just not the tires, wipers, or brakes. We even test drove the EV6 Wind AWD and it is just as amazing as the GT and the Wind gets a little more mileage per charge - but we wanted the 576HP from the GT! GO SEE BRYCE and ANDREW at KIA COUGHLIN TODAY!!!... ...and get your new Kia from a new kind of dealership - one that is honest, treats you like family, and has integrity!!! We are so grateful to Kia Coughlin, Bryce, Andrew, and the rest of the team for making our car buying experience the best ever - bar none! And, we are grateful to Kia for making the best electrical vehicle on the market - the EV6 GT! Thank you to the entire Kia Coughlin Team, Paul and Jeff K-W Delaware, OH, 43015
