Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I took my car in to be serviced and when I got in Chris, a service attendant walked me through everything, and got me set up in their lounge while I waited. 10 minutes later I received a text to ask if I needed anything and that my car should be ready shortly. I was browsing the lot (possibly a new Jeep?) and Chris contacted me that my car was ready. I went to the service desk and Chris walked me through what they did and other information. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and felt good that they explained everything to me and made suggestions for the future. Thanks! Renee

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

I love not being taken advantage of just because I am female and know nothing about servicing my vehicle. I only know they do a great job for a great price and I am very satisfied. So many people have anxiety over buying a car but if you go see Mark Fashion (Sales) - Pat (Finance) it will go as easy as buying a loaf of bread minus a bunch of paper. lol. Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

This dealership has got to have the best customer service I have ever experienced. After looking for another Dodge Challenger after my first Challenger was totaled by a drunk driver last year and searching the web I found this beautiful 2018 Challenger T/A 392 and since I was about an hour away I decided just to drive there and look at it. Upon arriving I was greeted nicely by Jerrett and even though it was raining pretty good, we went outside and looked at the car. After I inspected it and seeing was in great condition, I asked what the cost was (after seeing and hearing about how other dealers were trying to get for popular cars but not here). We went back inside and after talking for a bit (and fixing one glitch, on me not these guys) I got a great deal and drove away very happy. Thanks Jerrett and Derrick and the entire staff. Gregg was EXCEPTIONAL! We didnt know him prior to arriving at the dealership but as soon as we met him he made us comfortable and like we were old friends. He is very personable and non-pushy which is why we moved forward with our purchase. we are going to be referring allot of friends to him due to our experience.

If you are looking for a vehicle that gets good gas mileage and long range then the Toyota Hybrid is for you. On the open road you can get over 35 miles to the gallon and go slightly over 500 miles on a tank of gas.
