2023 Honda Odyssey review
Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Sayville FordReviews
Sayville Ford review
If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely trustworthy salesperson, ask for Vincent Visceglia at Sayville Ford. I originally purchased my new Mustang while Vinny was at another local dealership, and the experience was so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave this review now that he is at Sayville Ford. From the very beginning, Vinny made the entire buying process smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. He took the time to walk me through every step of the purchase, explained everything clearly, and answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. What really sets Vinny apart is that he genuinely cares about his customers. At no point did I feel pressured, rushed, or pushed into anything. He was straightforward, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, options, financing, and the entire process from start to finish. In an industry where trust can sometimes be hard to find, Vinny absolutely earned mine. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail made what could have been an overwhelming experience actually enjoyable. Even after the sale, he remained available for questions and continued to provide outstanding customer service. People often remember the car they bought, but just as important is the person who helped them buy it. Vinny is the kind of salesperson who builds long-term customers because of how well he treats people. If you are considering buying a vehicle from Sayville Ford, do yourself a favor and ask for Vincent Visceglia. You will be in excellent hands.

Stevens 112 Ford review
Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! No dealer fees! No doc fees! The price you see, that’s it! We even got a discount on the vehicle! Yes, in this market! We got a discount! We bought the car. Met Dennis, the finance guy, took care of everything. WOW!!! Everything went smooth. Professionalism and Honesty. Thank you Stevens 112 FORD of Patchougue, Long Island in New York.

I had a problem with Otis Ford during my first visit to their service department. I let them know and their recovery has been unbelievable. Trust and relationships are built when things are tough, not when everything goes well. I can truly say that Tom and the staff at Otis Ford have gained a loyal customer by demonstrating their commitment to go the extra mile and provide excellent customer service.

2023 Honda Odyssey review
This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Nissan 112 review
After visiting six other dealerships looking for midsized pickup truck the decision was made clear Nissan 112 was by far was the best option for me. From my salesperson to sales manager and finance manager everything was perfectly executed and I received a very fair deal on the lease of a 2026 frontier sv. You have to put in the time to make sure that you are really getting the best possible experience with these dealerships. Chris was my salesperson and he had exceptional knowledge about the truck plus a great personality that exceeded all other salespeople that I had dealt with throughout this buying experience. I very much recommend this dealership for their honesty and easygoing business model. Thanks again Chris and Ivan. 🎣

Pristine Mitsubishi review
This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! Travis, our salesman, went above and beyond answering my questions and finding the perfect trim and color for our new car. I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and professional Ryan was when it came down to locking in a good price and a monthly payment I was comfortable with. This dealer as a whole has been nothing but OUTSTANDING for me and my family. This is my 8th Mitsubishi purchase over a course of 20 years. I've been to my fair share of Mitsu dealers in the past and can honestly attest to their professionalism and outstanding service.
2020 Kia Sedona review
This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

All required work done in a timely manner. They didn’t try and sell me any extra “services” that weren’t necessary. Sheldon is a very friendly service person.

Joel, Bill and Steve are the best of the best! Knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. They have great cars and trucks, good prices and excellent service. I'm very lucky to have found them in Car Fax.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

CarMax East HavenReviews
CarMax East Haven review
I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!
2025 Honda Odyssey review
Abe was amazing right off the bat. He had the van ready for me to test drive after communicating via email and coordinating a schedule around my little ones needs. We weighed options on models, colors, etc, and made my trade in experience easy peasy.

CarMax RaleighReviews
CarMax Raleigh review
Taylor Lynch made my wife me feel comfortable when searching for a good used Honda. He did not attack us like wolves do in the brand name dealerships . He was Honest, professional, knowledgeable about his profession. I would definitely recommend Taylor Lynch and the Carmax on Glenwood Ave. to all of my friends and family. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a car. No hassles, no pressure, just good honest to goodness salemanship.
