I came across this dealership while I was searching for an EV car online. I’ve had some bad experiences with sales people telling me that the car is there until I’m there and the car is not. I also had the $2,000 to $3,000 in fees on top of the advertised price, or not even priced till you are at the dealership and they make up a price depending on what car you like the most! Therefore, I didn’t want any of that so I wanted to make sure of all the information. This dealership is about 2 hours away from where I live, so I wanted to know that the car was there and everything was true. They were very responsive and provided all the information right away. I drove there on Wednesday morning 8/19. I was surprised to see a smaller than typical dealership which could be a good thing sometimes, and it was in this case. I was welcomed by Dana, who was the saleswoman. She actually came outside before I even reached the building. I told her that I didn’t have an appointment but I was interested in the EQE500. She got the keys and we went out to look at the car. She asked if I want to test drive it and we did that. Came back and started the negotiation on my trade value. They gave me a price, I told them what I wanted, and they agreed to it after checking with the business manager. They started the paperwork and detailing the car to have it ready for me to drive home. I noticed that the battery was not fully charged so they agreed to fill it at one of the fast charging stations so I don’t have to wait long for it. I change cars a lot and this was one of the easiest, smoothest and right to the point purchase. The whole transaction took about 2:30 hours. Thank you so much Dana and thank you Denise. I had looked online at their vehicles so that I knew to compare each against the other . the test drive offered me my decision. The finance rate was higher than anticipated, so have a plan B, they give you 3 days to get a better rate and come back and pay it off. I bought an extended 150k bumper to bumper warranty for piece of mind due to the miles I drive-$35 a month, worth it!

I bought a 2020 Tesla Model X at Baha after seeing it on Cars.Com. The listed price was really good so the only issue was the value of my trade-in. Mason made me a reasonable offer after I emailed pictures, then emailed me a Bill of Sale so I knew all the costs before I arrived. When I got there they took my 2016 Tesla Model S for a test drive and upped their trade-in offer by $2000 without any negotiation by me. They look like a typical corner used car lot with cars packed in, but they have a lot of nice cars. They listed my trade-in at a very attractive price. It will be a great deal for someone. Pro Tip: If you're coming from the north, don't get off I-94 at Cicero. Take the next exit east and enjoy a more relaxing drive to North Avenue.
