I would recommend Principle Volkswagen with a caveat - once you get into Service, everyone is great and we've never had a problem with Service. I like the video from the mechanic showing and detailing what was done. However, reaching them on the phone is a nightmare. The phone to Service rings and rings, then disconnects. If you can finally get to a point to leave a message, they are never returned.

2026 Volkswagen Atlas review
Bought 2025 Atlas Peak Edition new in Sep’25 and after 7,000 miles have 0 issues! Build quality is top notch and everything is fully functionable. Very well laid out to provide maximum interior space with real adult 3rd row seating. I traded in my Ford Explorer Platinum since I couldn’t take the continual and repeatable breakdown issues with transmission and engine failures along with the many fit and finish issues. Hands down, my wife and I absolutely love this vehicle. One of my sons drove my Atlas and liked it so much he bought identical model for his family too.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Tiguan SE from Henrick Volkswagen, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The Tiguan SE is a fantastic SUV with a perfect balance of comfort, technology, and performance. The interior feels premium with features like a large infotainment display, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, and spacious seating, making it ideal for both daily commuting and family trips. The ride quality is smooth, and the engine performance is solid with good fuel efficiency around 25 MPG combined, which is great for this segment. What made the experience even better was the excellent service from our sales representative, Trinity Howell. He was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain all the features, answered all our questions, and made the buying process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend both the Tiguan SE and the dealership. If you’re looking for a reliable and feature-rich SUV, this is definitely a great choice, and I strongly suggest asking for Trinity Howell for a seamless buying experience.

The repairs and guidance we received from Service Advisor Stephen Chong and Master Mechanic Fernando were Best in CLASS on the repairs necessary for our 2013 Tiguan - Volkswagen. Both were able to explain and guide us through the critical repairs that our aged Tiguan needed to keep it on the road. Stephen did a fantastic job to keep the overall costs lowered through efforts of discounts that Principle Volkswagen of Grapevine have in place for customers. We felt the overall cost to repair our vehicle with OEM parts was minimal. We were also very pleased Stephen was honest in his assessment with the practicality of us purchasing a new vehicle down the road, in about 5 years. Principle Volkswagen?s Master Mechanic Fernando, was the BEST in locating the EXACT cause of our Tiguan?s problems with his thorough inspection. He also explained the issues causing a loud roaring sound inside the vehicle cab that anyone could understand. Both of these individuals are top of their class and we?re sure Principle Volkswagen has placed the BEST individuals in this business to handle customer concerns and vehicle repairs. I first met with him several months ago about getting a car, life happened and my purchase was delayed. Fast forward 8 months and I ready to get a car, Trinity remembered me and what I was looking for. We had a brief phone conversation about moving forward with a purchase, by the time I arrived at the dealership he had the car I was looking for waiting for me to test drive and paperwork ready to get started. I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!
