2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

Responsiveness to questions and concerns was unusually good. Whatever I expected to be done was done better than I expected. They brought the car to my door from Atlanta to northern South Carolina using a dedicated driver and another in a follow car. Both drivers were a very pleasant surprise. The person who drove my new car was a well dressed, well spoken, mature woman. The follow car driver was an older man equally competent and very pleasant to work with on the delivery and final paperwork. Similarly, the crew in the showtoom who I never got to meet, followed up quickly and attentively in every challenge. Great experience.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I bought a 2019 Jetta SEL in July of 2018 right when it came out. I have now owned this vehicle for 5 years and put 116,000 miles on it. I love it. It is the best vehicle I have ever owned. I have had no major issues other than a bolt coming lose around 69k miles near the timing belt which was under warranty and fixed with no charge. On long trips I have gotten up to 53 MPG but average high 30's day to day. I cannot say enough great things about this vehicle.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Odyssey from AutoNation Honda in Columbus, GA, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. I got a very fair price for my trade-in, but what really stood out was their true dedication to the customer?specifically from my salesman, Michael Summerford. I finalized the purchase on an early, dark, and rainy morning, so neither Mike nor I noticed some damage on the passenger side door. I didn't actually spot it until I got home. I called Mike right away, and even though it isn't standard company policy, he immediately went above and beyond. He offered to either terminate the contract completely or repair the damage at no cost to me. I opted for the repair and brought the van back the very next day. They set me up with a complimentary loaner, and in just one week, the door was fixed to absolute perfection. Every single person I interacted with?from Mike to the used car manager to the body shop manager?was incredibly nice and professional.
