I went into Lighthouse Point Audi not knowing what to expect, as this was my first car buying experience in over seven years (and first on my own). Words cannot express what a great experience I had dealing with the staff of Lighthouse Point Audi, and, if it is at all within my power, I will be back to purchase my future cars from the same staff. What I loved immediately about this location is the true "family" feel you get when you walk in. Everybody is courteous and wants to ensure the right person is helping you. There was absolutely no pressure. After walking in, being greeted by the receptionist, George came out to assist me within a matter of a minute or two. George, as a car salesman and somebody I came to know over the next few hours, blew away any expectation I could have of a salesperson. He was so friendly, calm, and truly cared for me as a car buyer, and not about any incentives he may have. We went for a test drive- again, the test drive was within my control. However, I felt so comfortable in the car I was test driving, I knew that was the one, and didn't have to test drive for more than five minutes. Back at the dealership, George and the staff knew how badly I wanted this car. While usually this would be a bargaining chip for any other dealer, this was just added incentive to make sure that this car worked for me, and that they would be able to make the financing work for me! I could not believe how badly the staff wanted to make sure I was happy, and felt comfortable with my purchase. George, thank you so much!!! You made my day, week, maybe even year! Everybody at the dealership was extremely nice. The manager came out and greeted me. He did everything in his power to ensure I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. I also dealt extensively with Chris Bucknell, the finance manager. His business card states that he is also an Audi "fan creator." I can see why now! Chris was extremely personable and great to deal with. Just like everybody else, Chris wanted to do what he could to ensure that I would be driving the car of my dreams that day. He even left me with some great new options to add to my music collection. Chris was incredible as well. All in all, I could not have one bad thing to say about this dealership. They truly made car buying a memorable and exciting experience- just like it should be. I am very excited to visit them in their new facility in Fort Lauderdale come July! Thank you for everything!

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

I took my 2014 VW Passat to Rick Case VW for service on 4/25/24. I was concerned with a flashing light noting that something was wrong with the cooling system in the car. My service advisor that day was Tiffany. She greeted me and said that she would have one of the mechanics look at my car for a "quick inspection" before scheduling any major repair. She thought she would have an answer for me in about 45 minutes. After 45 minutes had passed, she came to me and apologized for the delay. She then drove my car into the garage approximately one hour after I had arrived. She came back to me in about 15 minutes and told me that there was no indication that there was a major problem with my car's cooling system. Gotta give a ton of love to Mo who was the product specialist that drove from Weston to Boynton to drop off my gorgeous new Atlas at 9:00 at night. Even though he had an over hour long drive back to his house in Hialea - he took his time and was overly glad to make sure I knew about all of the functionality that the vehicle offers. My neighbor who’s big into cars came over to check the car out and also listen in on Mo’s spiel about features and functionality. My neighbor has 2 new Bentleys, a new Range Rover, and a brand new Mercedes that he just got. I mention this because my neighbor (who clearly has a ton of experience with car salesman and car buying experiences) was amazed at how ABOVE AND BEYOND Mo went to make sure I knew everything about the vehicle. I want to Gunther first, and I promise if I would’ve known about the different features, I never would’ve walked out and had the opportunity to speak to Kimberliz, Mo, and Dane at Rick Case. It goes to show that doing right by the customer and going the extra mile helps solidify sales just as much as providing the most aggressive price. Rick Case truly made my buying experience easy even though I didn’t make their selling experience simple. Yes, I’m “that” guy. Again, thank you Rick Case team and especially Mo. Hope your friend enjoyed the beef! 🥩 ps…Mo deserves a promotion. Again, the phrase that sticks out to me is “ABOVE AND BEYOND”.

I can only speak for the sales department which was great. No high pressure at all. I bought another truck from Rick Case several years ago and recall a very positive experience then. I am glad to I had another great experience last week. The entire sales department was very helpful. The very nice lady in the finance office was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I did notice two additional add-ons to the final sales contract that I had not noticed previously, but they removed it without any problem at all. Some other customers may have decided they wanted those options but I did not and it was not a problem. I think they did a great job. Very happy to buy my vehicle from them. I also traded a very nice truck and I must say they gave me top dollar from what I had expected if I sold it privately. All in all a great experience and I got a tremendous valuable deal.
