They’re very responsive and communicate well via email. I ended up not getting the car because it was purchased before I was able to go to the shop but they kept me updated and offered me alternatives.

I definitely recommend getting a car from this place. Chelsea W was awesome to work with. She is friendly, kind, and will go above and beyond to help you. Paul, the finance guy, was also great to work with. He was very informative, kept you in the loop going step-by-step, also trying to get the best deal for you. I typically hate going to car dealerships. They are usually pushy and sliding things past you trying to get a deal. This place did not. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them!

I bought a 2019 Toyota Camry from here 3 months ago from Elizabeth and she is the most amazing person to buy cars from and made it happen for me. Definitely go see Elizabeth to go buy a car. She is the only sales person I trust and doesn’t make you feel like other sales people and treats you like you’re part of her family!

Koch 33 Volkswagen review
I recently leased a vehicle, being apprehensive and overwhelmed at first, believing it would be a stressful and unpleasant experience due to the unprofessionalism and rudeness I have encountered in the past. I was referred to Koch 33 Volkswagen in Easton, PA by a friend and I couldn't be more grateful! I had the great pleasure of working with Bella Cuevas in the Sales Department and Steve Douglas in the Finance and Insurance Department. The team at this location was absolutely wonderful! They were very professional and caring. Both Bella and Steve were very attentive and extremely patient, working with me for over a week until I was satisfied with my vehicle. I never felt pressured nor stressed and they gave me the time to process my options. They made the entire process painless. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you so much, Bella and Steve!

Barry Grimm, Yanni (the Finance Manager) and the staff at Fred Beans Volkswagen were all fantastic. The process of purchasing a fantastic used car for my son went very smoothly and we were able to get him exactly what he wanted for a great price and percentage rate. There was a minor issue with the car that they took care of for us without any problem. Thank you to everyone there, my son is enjoying his "new" car, we would highly recommend purchasing from Barry and the team there at Fred Beans Volkswagen.

J. L. Freed HondaReviews
J. L. Freed Honda review
A family member encouraged me to consider a Honda CR V, when I was looking to replace my American made SUV. Online I found a 2010, with one owner, a clean Carfax, 27 maintenance records for $13K at JL Freed Honda. It seems too good to be true. Exactly what I was hoping for really existed. Then my experience got even better. My salesman was Geoff Smith. His “how can I help you” style was a pleasure. I especially appreciated how he did not “let me get my manager” me. And didn’t waste my time lowballing me on my trade-in, unlike another dealership I was at in Quakertown. To top it all off..,Chris, in the detailing department, did an amazing job. The car sparkles! Overall, one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had.

Warrington Auto Sales review
I recently purchased a used car from Warrington Auto Sales in Warrington, PA and had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very responsive to my inquiries and straightforward in their communication, which I really appreciated. Although I bought the vehicle that I went for, I was surprised at strong variety of vehicles available to choose from had I not made up my mind before visiting the dealership. I paid cash and didn't finance, so I can comment on those but, if you are looking to buy, I highly recommend Warrington Auto Sales if you’re looking for a smooth, customer-friendly used car buying process.

Volkswagen Reading review
I would like to comment on the excellent experience I have had with the service department at VW Reading. I have had a few issues with my Golf R recently, and every time, I ask for Alex to work on my car, and Molly is always willing to put him on my car with no problems. She is always super nice and accommodating! Alex knows his stuff and always does great work. I love having a dealership that I trust. This last time, Alex actually took two separate road tests with me to make sure he understood what I was saying was wrong with my car. Alex went out of his way on more than one occasion to get to the bottom of my issues and get it resolved. There should be a mechanic like Alex at every dealership. In addition, Josh, the service manager is willing to sit down and talk to you with respect when it comes to an issue you are having. Josh treats you like he values you as a customer and I appreciate that. Thank you Josh, Alex and Molly. I am glad you are there for my wife and me when we need our VW's serviced.
