We decided on the Atlas about two weeks ago. As we were pricing and test driving all the different models, we really wanted the SEL. However, that style was slightly more expensive than we planned. We are from Bucks County, and we were looking at all the area VW dealerships. We needed the price to be a little lower, and that is where the Ciocca internet team, Tina Collins, responded to an email inquiry about the Atlas, and gave us a price that no Area dealer was willing to match. So we confirmed everything with Ciocca and put a deposit down over the phone! (Which made us really nervous). When we finally arrived in Allentown the staff greeted us and made our transaction extremely pleasant. We really appreciated how they were willing to answer all of our questions and stayed with us way past their closing time to finalize our deal. We never felt rushed, and the staff so helpful. We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Ciocca dealership and cannot thank them enough for putting our family in this great vehicle.
Great dealership. There was no pressure and they were very friendly and helpful. They stayed open way past their closing time just to accommodate me. They were fair and reasonable with their offer. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

found other areas of concern while diagnosing so provided a loaner immediately and worked with me to keep disruption to a minimum. very thorough and flexible and offered communication via email, text and phone messages, impressive
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.

I purchased a used vehicle from Wynn VW this past weekend. The entire process was seamless. Mac met me for a test drive and was so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would say I spent a total of 1.5 hours at the dealership between the test drive, going over the paperwork, and signing the paperwork. Rob, the finance guy was great too! Super friendly. I had my 4 month old daughter with me so he understood my need to be in and out as fast as possible. I have purchased cars from other dealers in the past and spent HOURS if not a whole day trying to close the deal. This was not the case. Highly recommend Mac and the rest of the staff at Wynn!
Kel helped me purchase a 2011 Jetta SE on Saturday - the entire experience was wonderful. The car was a great value and the sales process was low key and very helpful. I took the car home later on a Saturday. Unfortunately, the check engine light came on as soon as I got it home and the car started to drive terribly. I was disappointed and upset to say the least. I sent Kel a couple of distress emails and expected that I might have a major hassle on my hands. I was wrong. Kel called me at 9:11 am on Monday morning and was very concerned - he had me bring the car right in. I did and Mark Svenkeson took a look at it and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. No charge! Wow!! This is a company that stands behind their products. This is what a dealership should be.
