John also provided a great video of the car while being serviced showing what the problem was as well as the repair. He also showed other items needing repair & his recommendation. We took his advise & were confident our cross country drive back to Washington thru mountain passes would be without car issues. He was right. Both Matt Balliet & John Morris were fantastic in the service given & honest advise. We highly recommend both gentlemen & Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai for car service. Only wish they were in Washington State so we could use them for any of our Hyundai car needs. Thanks gentlemen!

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
This car is far superior to my previous 2021 Toyota RA4. In my distant youth I use to do some racing and handling is highest priority. Suspension, steering, 17" alloy wheels vs 15" steel wheels with hubcaps, full spare tire vs doughnut, 3 row seating vs 2 rows, 400 lbs heavier therefore more stable in windy conditions and roads that are not level, and much more. Only downside is the general Volkswagen issue with poor sound systems. Not only that, the after market is almost non-existent for the Tiguan.

2020 Volkswagen Tiguan review
We had a 2018 Tiguan SEL, the first year with the lengthened body. We loved the car, but with 40,000 miles on it we decided to trade it in for a 2020, trading up to the Tiguan SEL Premium R-Line - the top of the line. This car has all the bells and whistles, and it drives and performs better than the 2018. I don't know if that's because it's an R-Line or that the newer Tiguans had some performance and handling tweaks. Anyway, this is an awesome car - lots of interior space, great looking and filled with features. I can't see why anyone would buy an Atlas, which had about the same capacity, costs a lot more and, with a six cylinder vs the Tiguan's turocharged four, gets worse gas mileage.
