Brent acknowledged me right away with a smile and a hand shake! That meant a lot since I was by myself and haven't shop for car in 14 years. He was so helpful throughout the car buying process and I felt at ease. Everyone else that I came in contact gave excellent service as well.
Service department at Carmax superceded my expectations! Called to have a service done on my Nissan and they were able to accommodate my tight schedule even though they did explain their schedules were tight as well. The amount of time I waited was far less than any dealer I've ever been to, and Dave in the service department greeted me by name and wore a smile until I left! They even washed my car for me and let me know if there was anything I needed to not hesitate to give them a call.
Went into the Carmax store just to look for a car for future purchase. I was greet immediately by Mr. Carl R Emery and from there things went smoothly. We asked about cars and he talk to us a little about them and told us to have a look and call on him if we need to look in, test drive or just ask question about any of the vehicles. We end up buying a car! Customer service was great and now we will have to drive the car for a little while before I will make any comments. OVERALL the experience.
I previously left a 5 star review because our experience with the purchase of a used vehicle was excellent, however following that review, we had an experience that prompts me to revise the 5 star review. We had an issue with the transfer of our license plate from our traded vehicle to the new vehicle that was caused by an error on the salesman's part. After a couple of conversations with the salesman and manager about how to rectify the problem, they abruptly dropped the ball, forcing us to have to visit the DMV to get the problem resolved at a cost to us. It was an easy solution, and I understand that mistakes happen, but the dealership wouldn't even return my phone calls to give us direction. Very disappointing!!
Our salesman Moses was a extremely nice person worked with my daughter to get her car . The finance man sorry cant remember his name but you know who you are explained everything took time with us overall great experience
Archie Smalls was wonderful to work with. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind numerous times while selecting the vehicle I wanted. No pressure and the signing was the easiest yet. Great salesman to deal with.

I bought a 2015 Chrysler 300 S . I had a problem with the smart key. They owner, Johnny Dangerfield, solved the problem with my Smart Key and also gave me an extra Smart Key , free of charge. My entire experience there was great.
