I purchased a used 2003 jeep grand cherokee limited and am completely satisfied. With the vehicle and was impressed by my salesman Jay McCracken and will more than likely purchase my next vehicle from this dealer and Jay.
I had been looking for a car that would meet my needs and also my budget. I had been to other dealers and they either sold the car before I got there or it did not meet my expectations. I even had one dealer that couldn't find the car on their lot. Then on the internet I saw a 2007 Ford Escape with only 83thousand miles and was within my budget parameters. I called and went down to see it. I was at the dealership about an hour and a half and drove my car home. I gave them all my information, drove the car, and was treated with respect. I appreciate the way I was treated, I gave them all my information and when it came time to sign and buy, I called my husband we discussed the deal and he went down after work and signed the papers. I was so pleased with the level of respect I was shown, in a male dominated area, (or so it seems to me, from prior experience) that is a rare quality, I give the highest rating. Thank you Bob Hult .

When I realized that the car I was there to see was not a good fit for me, he asked good questions about what I was looking for and made other vehicle suggestions that would match my needs. His follow through via phone and text message was thorough and helpful.

Searched for a car online and went into the dealership knowing exactly which new car I intended to buy. Great facilities and inventory. However, it's clear that the staff isn't used to seeing folks of different ethnicities. I received several pointed questions asking where I was from, comments on my accent, and questions about which languages I spoke. All of which were quite comical as I was born and raised in Indiana, with parents and grandparents also from the Midwest and have the most "Hoosier" accent around. Ultimately I was able to ignore the rude comments/questions but left wishing I had given my business to another dealership. But the deals at this location are much better than the ones on the north side, so that was the ultimate decision-maker. North side treats you right, but the south side is better value in terms of cost.

Darla, Steve and Josh went above and beyond on sales/ customer service!!! We closed the place down 2out of 3 visits and they didn’t rush us or seem put out!
We had been looking at Honda’s and were pretty determined that that would be our next car. Luckily for us, the Honda dealership we visited was too worried about closing and just seemed to be ready for us to go! We went into the Hyundai dealership thinking they were closed and we would just compare the Accord to the Sonata. Much to our surprise, they were still open and didn’t rush us or pressure us! It was a Saturday and they encouraged us to take an extended test drive to make sure that was what we liked and to research the ratings and such! We did and when we came back on Monday they were able to locate a model that had all that we wanted with a lower price!! Tuesday we drove our new car home with an extended warranty and gap insurance too! ( we usually never get all that)
Hands down it was the best car buying experience we’ve ever had!!!

Called and set an appointment. Kaleb was very busy helping someone else when we got there but one of his coworkers helped us get the keys and allowed us to take it to a mechanic to inspect it as well. The jeep checked out better in person and under-the-hood than others we looked at over the past two weeks. The mechanic said that over-all it had been well maintained and had minimal rust on the undercarriage. We returned and Kaleb was available to help us and we were VERY impressed with how quickly the process was to get the paperwork and plate so that we could get back to bloomington. Kaleb and his guys were great and we recommend them!
