After going to several dealerships I stopped in at Rowe Hyundai and was greeted by Jason Burns. He printed me out some info on the car I wanted, never putting pressure on me to buy right then. He said when I was ready to buy stop back in and he would help me find what I wanted. So forward 3 months later. I went back to see Jason. He got us into my dream car within hours. He was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, kind, took his time to go over everything with much patience. We have purchased many new cars over the years and I would say that this was the best experience buying a new car. He worked with us to get a great price.
I bought my first “new” (wasn’t new just way newer than I’ve ever bought before) from them. I had a really nice experience thus far. People were kind, facility was great, car was detailed impeccably. The salesman (Mark) was super nice and welcoming, even to my crazy toddler. I didn’t feel pressured or like I was schmoozed into the sale. He even recommended some different options to me when I didn’t think I could get financing on the one I wanted. In the end they came down on the price enough I could get financed on it through my bank and the process really was “easy!” Thanks for making my first dealership experience a good one!
Had a fantastic experience with Dominick Bernard buying my 2018 Prius Prime Premium. We were able to do most of the negotiating and info sharing over email but he was very helpful and informative and made buying our new car a very easy process!
My husband drove volvos for years and sold his last one a few months ago. we purchased a different car and right from the start had problems - it was NOT a volvo and the dealership was NOT helpful and ultimately I suggested we trade for a volvo v60. he said he did not want the hassle. I said I would do it. so I drove to volvo on a saturday afternoon, had the pleasure of working with Ralph D'Angelo and Matt Anderson, and at the end of the day drove the car, the pre-owned nifty volvo v60 home! it could not have been easier, it could not have been more pleasant - everyone at this dealership was fantastic, professional, dedicated to getting us in the right car and making the trade happen that day. no angst, no dickering... good questions and conversation and a fabulous car at the end of the day. He even offered to stop by my home and help me program the garage door opener if needed. Purchased a new S4 but was conflicted about SUV vs. the sports car given that it's Maine. Jannie and the team were low-pressure, supportive, and informative. Ralph was accommodating and easy to work with. This was my second car purchase with Ralph. I had a very specific car in mind and he had one for me. I changed my mind on trading in my old car at the last minute and Ralph worked up my new paperwork in minutes.
We did not end up purchasing our car here, mostly because of a scheduling/inventory mismatch and we were on a tight timeline. But, we did look here, and I have to say that they have, hands-down, the best and most responsive email team. I hate car shopping, and especially hate shopping for a used car -- it often feels like we are not as valued by dealerships. There's not a lot of negotiation room these days, with Internet pricing, and we came to find out that the pricing at BerlinCity is incredibly competitive. Both the sales associate and general manager went above and beyond in messages with us, and while the deal didn't come together this time, I can say without hesitation that we will start our search here next time.
Morong Falmouth made it possible for us to buy the used vehicle we wanted by working with us on the price and addressing all of our concerns. Ralph was great, start to finish! I popped in on a whim one Friday afternoon and he was helpful right from the start, knowledgeable, courteous, and letting me browse at my own pace while standing by to answer all my questions. I stopped by again the following Saturday and he was again helpful right form the start. He went on test drives with me and answered all my questions. I even bonked him on the head with the automatic headrests while trying to work the seat heater, and he handled it like a champ! He mentioned a couple of times that we deserved a luxury experience and I truly feel we got that! The customer service was above expectations. Before I popped in that first Friday afternoon, I was nearly 100% sure I was buying another Lexus RX350. After my experience with Ralph at Portland Volvo, the decision became very clear. I wanted a luxury experience with my luxury vehicle (Volvo XC60) and I'm confident I'll continue to enjoy this kind of customer service. Thank you, Ralph!!!
My experience with Morong was exceptional from start to finish. This is the second vehicle purchased at Morong and on both occasions the sales people were polite, professional, and courteous. I never felt pressured nor intimidated as we performed the dance of negotiations. I ended up feeling like I got a fair deal and have zero regrets. Dan made the process organized and efficient including finding a car in the color we desired at another dealer.Ashley Treadwell was my first contact with the dealership and she provided information I was seeking before we visited the dealership. Richard in finance was both knowledgeable and professional.
