Very smooth and easy process. Alan was great. He really knows how to sell a car. Headed back there now to get a few scratches buffered out. Hopefully this trip was just as good as the first one.

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at DARCARS Fairfax! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to ensure my family and I felt confident and comfortable throughout our car-buying journey. A special shoutout to Kelly Vafadar, our sales consultant, who provided outstanding service! Her attention to detail, ability to clearly explain the key features of the Volvo we were considering, and genuine care made the process seamless. Kelly’s wealth of knowledge and attentiveness ensured my family was comfortable every step of the way, and her proactive approach to addressing potential issues was greatly appreciated. The General Manager, John, also took the time to personally address our concerns, demonstrating exceptional professionalism and care. Together with Kelly, they resolved every issue, leaving us completely satisfied. Ryan in finance was equally fantastic—patiently answering all our questions and working within our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured. Thanks to this amazing team, we drove away not only with a great car but also with peace of mind, knowing we were in capable and caring hands. I am proud to be part of such an amazing community. I’ll definitely be returning to DARCARS Fairfax for our next upgrade. Highly recommend!

Manny R responded almost immediately confirming vehicle availability and went the extra mile to do a 'virtual' showing and test drive since I live >100 miles away. Was able to HOLD the vehicle for 2 days with a small down payment and once I did the actual test drive, the deal was done. Peter Huang in Financing was professional and efficient...in & out in less than 3 hours.

The overall experience was spectacular, which predicated my return for a 2nd vehicle. I purchased a XC90 in 2019 and had such an awesome experience that I returned to trade in my truck to lease a S60. Everyone (sales, financing, service with an extensive COVID-19 clean, managers, etc.) were exceptional!

DARCARS Volvo CarsReviews
DARCARS Volvo Cars review
I have bought two used Volvos from DarCars Volvo in Rockville, Maryland and had excellent service from them. If you want a Volvo, this is where you should go! We were treated as if we were buying a brand-new Volvo. This time my husband and I worked with a new sales associate, Bea-Alice Sesay. Bea is courteous, personable, and answered all our questions (or checked with other DarCars staff for us). She responded quickly to emails and made our experience pleasant. This is my first all-electric car. Bea and her colleague, Manny, showed me all the car's features and spent time helping me understand the electronics. From start to finish, it was a pleasant and positive experience.

I really appreciated the no pressure sales process. The test drive area outside of the dealership was also a nice plus as i was able to size up the XC90 v XC60. I was also pleasantly surprised by the low pressure, accommodating feel we got from the finance officer. Much appreciated. The vehicle was perfectly staged for pickup and looked great. I also want to mention that the sales person (Jamer) called to check in with me a few days later.

Len Stoler Lexus review
My experience with Len Stoler Lexus is nothing but amazing. Daryl Smith is the best Car Salesman Maryland has to offer. Now making your deal go through & getting you where you need to be Joe Benson is your Manager of the year. Then to make things even better, they send you back to Travis Wagman, who seals the deal & might just add a perk to make it even better. Len Stoler is the only delear I have dealt with for years.

Ourisman Volkswagen of LaurelReviews
Ourisman Volkswagen of Laurel review
I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

Volvo Cars Silver Spring review
I’m in the process of ordering a volvo fleet vehicle. I stopped by the silver spring MD Volvo on two different occasions and each time I was greeted by Patel. He took the time to review the key features, pros and highlights of every vehicle on my list. I would highly recommend working with Patel if you are in the market for a Volvo. He was honest, genuine and willing to help even when he knew I wasn’t in the market to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you Patel!
