Had flat tire from a screw in brand new car at about 11 pm. New cars do not have spare tires and AAA man had never fixed a tire using Volvo system. I called one of owners (using number he had given me) who explained to us how punctured tire could be fixed so I could get home. It worked because owner went out of way to help me late at night.

My first Volvo S60 at this dealership in 2001. I bought my second Volvo from Chris Sellers in 2021. That’s how great Volvos are. I was recently at the dealership to get my annual Maintenance. The service staff listen to my request and did a great job for me. I even met the owner for the first time. Great experience!

Bill was very nice and informed me on my 60,000 mile service which was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the military discount very much. It's always nice talking to a fellow soldier (ARMY). Vanessa scheduled the appointment for me and provided me with a loaner that I am very thankful for. She is wonderful to work with. Dallas always keeps me laughing and I still appreciate everything you done when I bought my XC90 T6 Inscription in May 2023 with you being the salesperson.

First time I purchase a Volkswagen CPO car by internet/phone and out of State. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. Zachary and Ernie gave great service and had the patience to answer all my questions and made me feel secure about my purchase. Hands down I would definitely recommend both of them and the dealership to anyone.

Volvo Cars of Winston Salem review
Davon is the salesman to go and see! He doesn’t pressure but more so encourages a sensible resolution. He got me into a XC40 and traded in my s60. Just a better lifestyle fit for me right now! Go see him. He will make sure to take care of you!

Volvo Cars of Winston Salem review
I purchased a car from Josiah. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was great to work with and would recommend any wanting to buy a Volvo to ask for him and visit Volvo in Winston Salem. I also worked with Jason on finishing up the final sales. He as well was awesome and great to work with.
