Portland Volvo of Scarborough, ME review
Mike M was excellent to deal with. My wife and I felt no pressure to rush our decision. We purchased an XC90, and Mike did a thorough job explaining the working details of the vehicle. Also, it should be noted that this is the first time we have returned to buy a second vehicle from the same dealership which speaks to how well we have been treated by Portland Volvo.

One of my daughters and I have had our Volvos serviced at Goodwin's for over twenty years, and I have purchased two new XC60s there. Both buying experiences were very good, especially the most recent one (last week!--fair trade-in value; several rebates; beautiful car; helpful, low-pressure salesman) with Ralph D'Angelo, but it is especially Marc Bernier and the service department that keep us coming back. Five stars.

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
We bought a vehicle at Lovering Volvo and having been out of state buyers we were pleased with the experience as we had no prior experience of knowledge of Lovering - we found the car thru online searches. The full experience was great and the amenities of registering the car at our home state DMV was awesome - the salesman - Thomas - was transparent and always returned calls as soon as possible. This is a rarity at some other dealerships. A smaller area of better transparency would be to provide more details about the service contracts at the time of purchase while in the finance managers office. Overall we are pleased with our experience at Lovering Volvo Concord, NH.

Lovering Volvo Cars ConcordReviews
Lovering Volvo Cars Concord review
Last week I bought a 2019 Volvo XC-40 at Concord Lovering. My Product/Sales Specialist Thomas Cain was absolutely wonderful. I had done all my searching on-line and didn't have a car to trade in and was “challenged” when it came to being able to get to the dealership. Everyone at Concord Lovering made it possible for me to get back into a safe car – including moving a car that was in Meredith down to Concord and then Thomas bringing it to me to take it for a test drive! I appreciated their compassion – I am just getting back from an MVA four years ago – and they helped me so much to take this big step back to autonomy! I'm a Concord native and Lovering Volvo has been here forever, with a stellar local reputation. My Dad, who would be 102 years old today, bought his Volvos from them as well, so I think I can unreservably recommend you to them!

Thomas Cain didn’t have to sell me on a car as I am a repeat customer. What Thomas did was totally blow the stereotype of a car salesman out of the water! Not a cheesy line or hard sell was used, instead he knew how to shepherd me through the process with a refreshing attitude, utmost professionalism, honesty, and sincerity. Thomas rocks!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2025.5 Volvo XC90 from Mike Rice at Lovering Volvo Concord, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Since I am an out-of-state buyer, I called Mike directly. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by shooting a personalized video of the car. Seeing the vehicle in detail made a huge difference compared to just looking at online photos. Overall, I highly recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy a Volvo!
