This review is for Carrie Burrill. My wife and I just purchased a 2026 XC 40. The experience was outstanding with a very smooth process that was professional, detail oriented and thorough. I have purchased many cars over the years and typically have to spend countless hours going back and forth with the salesperson, salesmanager and even the GM. This time, it was just Carrie (she is sales and managment) and she was fair, honest and willing to meet me at a point that allowed both the dealership and myself to earn a solid transaction. No games, or creative spins, but rather just putting it together and making it work, quickly and easily. We picked up the car two days later, and everything went smooth. The delivery was perfect and Carrie even ensured that the app was installed on both our phones and working perfectly so we did not have to do anything other than enjoy driving the car home. If you want to buy a car without all the challenges of old school car sales, this dealership ran itself flawlessly and Carrie was the driving force. After coming home from a vacation, the last thing we expected was for our car not to start. Unfortunately, we had to have it towed to Lovering Volvo. Cheryl was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. She accepted the tow, quickly got us set up with a loaner vehicle, and made sure our car was diagnosed and repaired in no time. 2023 Volvo XC60 review
Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

We bought an XC60 5 years ago from the dealership and Mike Coogan was our contact. He was rather new but he knew his stuff. We told him that we’d see him again. Guess what? Saw him last week. And yes we are now proud owners of an XC90. He has complete knowledge of the different Volvo models and he makes sure you are satisfied with his answer. But the best part of his presentation is that there is no “pressure “ to have one make a decision right there. The question doesn’t come up. Mike is valuable asset to the dealership and stands high on the mountain of salespeople. We have bought 4 Volvos from the dealership over the years. Oh one more thing. He is one heck of a person.
2023 Volvo XC60 review
I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

2023 Volvo XC60 review
This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Portsmouth Volkswagen review
Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

CarMax Schaumburg review
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

CarMax Raleigh review
I have to say, this was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. Sales people were extreemly knowledgable, cheerful, and not pushy. Maybe even more impressive were the mechanics- probably the most experienced mechanics I've ever delt with- and in 40 years of driving and working on cars, that's saying something. Where else can you go and try out a dozen cars from as many different companies, all in one place.

Nucar Nissan of Norwood review
I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. After asking me a few questions he directed me to one of his salesmen, which was very informative as well. I ended up buying a car which I did not expect! I am definitely sending everyone there and returning for future purchases as long as they stay running this way!!!

Herb Connolly Chevrolet review
I wanted a Malibu premier which Chevy is discontinued this year (disappointed). The dealer ship found me a 25 Malibu that was as close to a the Premier. This car had most of the Premier?s features but not all. The dealership gave me the option to buy the care or finance. Doug Connolly found time to talk to me. The sales man Lucas did a good job communicating with me. The has been the 7th new car I have bought from Connolly Chevrolet.
2023 Volvo XC60 review
Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.
