Picked my new XC90 up yesterday at Volvo of Nashville. John Phillips is the most outstanding professional representative that went over and beyond in our first Volvo buying experience. After my son wrecked my older Volvo, I started looking for an XC60. Found one at Volvo of Nashville. After emailing John, he sent pictures of vehicle (none had been posted online yet) and answered all my questions. Later my brother in law drove the car and looked it over. A few days later I flew up to pick up the XC60. John picked me up at the airport in my soon to be car and we drive to the dealership to sign the paper work. The whole process was less than 10 minutes. Great experience, great customer service. I will definitely start at Volvo of Nashville the next time I’m looking for a car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall service to perfection. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he also took time to LISTEN. Thanks Justin because of you wwe will now give Ford and this dealership another chance in the future. The vehicles located on the lot seemed nice but the overall experience was not very impressive at all. The owner of the shop was very rude and unprofessional. He did not seem too familiar with the car and could not provide very much information. He acted as if he was king of the world and it just made you not even want to look at the vehicle. He needs improvement in the professional aspect of talking to customers.
I purchased a new XC60 recently with John Tune assisting me. My entire experience went smoothly and wasn’t stressful at all which I really appreciated. I love my new car and John made the process enjoyable.
It will take a week to get your car looked at because they are so busy, but they fixed my truck quickly and properly with daily updates. Great service. And I highly recommend buying the 2-3 year warrenty. I'm very very thankful I did.
Micah, Rob, and Vincent were wonderful. Would definitely recommend to go see them if you're interested in Hondas. Very large selection of inventory and clean looking dealership. I was referred to Micah from a friend that purchased from him as well.
They were very helpful and understood my needs and wants. Finance made the process very easy and helped me get the right things I needed to keep the vehicle in good shape.
