Great Dealership Experience

Recently saw a great deal on a used BMW 750li at Volvo Manasquan. Called the dealer and spoke with Mark Slattery, who was very courteous and professional. He described the car in detail and addressed all my questions, even providing me with his cell number to ask any further questions if they arose. He offered to take more pictures of the car and send them if necessary. Getting an accurate description was important as I would be driving quite a way to see the car.
When I arrived that evening, the car was next to the showroom door, running and warm with the heat on during a frigid day - very nice touch. The car was detailed beautifully and Mark was very knowledgeable about the car and all its features. We went back to the showroom and it was a pleasure dealing with Mark, the management and the finance department to close the deal. Their trade evaluation was very fair and transparent. Their pricing was very good, so there was not the usual necessity of haggling back and forth between the salesman and the manager for a fair price - and they offered additional warranties if desired. We finalized the transaction swiftly with our 7 year old happy snacking on all the treats provided in the showroom, which he loved!
As for service, when the registration came, and the license plates needed to be attached, I had an issue with a stripped screw. Mark said to bring it to the dealership and they promptly took the car in the shop, fixed the stripped screws and attached the license plates -- all with a smile while my wife and son waited (and ate popcorn)
