It seems endemic, you walk into a dealership and it's either 1) everyone jumps to see if you've been helped or 2) nobody even notices you've just walked in. The weekend I walked in, it was a mix. I won't go into it. What was an enjoyable departure from the usual dealer interactions, Anthony made me feel at home. No pressure, just wanted to understand what I was looking for. I really didn't know as my wife had yet to engage in looking into her next car, but that day we established what turned-out to be the right dealer/customer relationship. I will not go anywhere else for a Toyota again.

This is my second Volvo C70, the last one I bought is the T5 Polestar Engineered with only 35.000 miles on the counter. The first C70 I swapped with my Mustang convertible. This is the best car I have ever driven! Every time we go to France the holiday starts with the beginning of the journey! It drives smooth, not the fastest car but just enough and it cruises likes it's made for it!

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Royal Oak Ford! The salesman, Gage, was so helpful and patient with all of my random questions. He went above and beyond in the customer service department! The finance department spent a ton of time looking at options and building a plan that worked for me. I will be back when it’s time for my next car!

Very knowledgeable service staff. They have always been fair with me and the long service I got out of my previous vehicle attests to the great care they took of my car. While I was getting the typical runaround and bloated bottom line from another dealership, Kyle was up front and worked with what I was looking for… all while I was in limbo and taking a chance to drive an hour and a half on a hope. This is my 2nd XC40 and it is one of the most perfect cars but its by no means cheap. The car can be as loaded as its bigger brother, except for heads up display. They all use the same engines, with the exception of turbo types, and bi-turbo options. All Volvos are moving to mild hybrid as standard and all 2023 XC40's are now mild hybrids. The XC40 is nimble, loaded and well designed. It has just about every feature including all wheel drive, Google auto, panoramic sunroof, power tail gate, and leather seats, redesigned for 2023. It is stylish, detailed and not meant to feel like the entry model. In fact, it can cost more than its bigger brother the XC60! Driving it is a pleasure as it is preppy and confident.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was treated very well by everyone I encountered. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to my family and friends.

I had a very nice experience will waiting for my wife's car in service. She was not able to take it into service and she told me how nice everyone is at this dealership. She was correct. I was treated very well and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and her car was being worked on.

After only a month, I am truly "in love" with my XC-40. I wanted to get one a few years ago. However, Covid-19 got in the way. When it was finally time to upgrade this year, I did it and have not regretted it. Great ride, all the safety features I wanted, excellent ride and handling , above EPA rated fuel economy, roomy seating. Plenty of room for my golf equipment.

Suburban Volvo surpassed my every expectations! They had a vehicle I was interested in, I reached out and John Smith made it happen! Called that morning, was viewing the car that afternoon...he followed up with a no-pressure call and I owned the car the next day! BTW I never visited the lot, I stay 200 miles away...Call John Smith he can/will make it happen just as easily for you! Kudos John!

Chris Adams helped me to get my backup camera working again when backing up by telling me how to reset my camera . Chris saved me a service appt and money. I always get my 2015 volvo xc 60 serviced by Chris Adams at Suburban Volvo All he had me do was to active my backup camera and select the menu button to access the backup camera options Chris Adams has experience ,which is priceless zoltan varga

Love the tech in this car. Maps, adaptive cruise, auto high beam, lane warning, hybrid averaging 31 mpg. Still good power with the turbo. Excellent sound including the Bluetooth.

The service department at Suburban Ford is always on their game. I know my car will be well taken care and quickly as possible

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!
