Great first experience with a Volvo. We were looking for car that could possibly be a single car that would suit our needs moving into retirement. This car appears to check all the boxes for safety, reliability, economy and luxury. We need a mid dive suv that will give us comfort on longer trips as well as the economy of the smaller 4 cylinder without compromising power as provided by the turbo. The warranty and manufacturers maintenance plan are a benefit as well.

I truly can not say enough good things about my new 2022 Volvo XC90 T6. I have admired the Volvo SUVs from afar as a minivan mom for 15 years and this was my year to make the move. No turning back; it is sporty, classy, comfortable, safe, I could go on forever. Classic black and dark brown interior. The info center takes a bit to get used to and it seems like there are features everywhere so definitely just hop on you tube to figure them all out at your own pace because the sales person will tell you, but no way you can get them all down. One of my ultimate favorites are the rotating fog lights. As you turn the lights turn with your vehicle. Lane assist is not for me; I've been driving too long to have it as it seems overbearing. 360 camera and all of the warnings are great though because you never know who is barreling down through the parking lot. Narrowed it to the 2023 Honda Pilot and 2022 MDX Technology; got tired of waiting on the Pilot and frankly it was a bit too big and the MDX just didn't have the sporty look I wanted. I feel like with the Volvo I got it all!

Wanted to get service for my Volvo . Last service was Sept 2019 Dan Curmi told me to wait until this Sept for service. Thought it was too long between service intervals

Very knowledgeable service staff. They have always been fair with me and the long service I got out of my previous vehicle attests to the great care they took of my car. This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. It started out bumpy dealing w/ lack of service from a specific salesman but Mazen Amir stepped in & made it all happen flawlessly.

Waited a long time to go from a 2010 to a 2020 XC60. There is no comparison to the fit, comfort, and digital experience. The stereo is outstanding. Like night and day. And I really like the older XC60!

I had a very nice experience will waiting for my wife's car in service. She was not able to take it into service and she told me how nice everyone is at this dealership. She was correct. I was treated very well and they kept me in the loop every step of the way and her car was being worked on.

This is my fifth Volvo. My most important feature in any car is safety, and this car is SAFE. It is super comfortable, reliable, attractive, and an all around great car. I had XC70's until this XC90. It was tough to switch, but I'm so happy. My only disappointment is that I have two big dogs and they can't both fit in the way back comfortably, so I have a crate in the way back and a crate in the middle with two seats folded down (one up for a passenger). Otherwise, it's a "10." No issues at all at 4 years in.

Suburban Volvo surpassed my every expectations! They had a vehicle I was interested in, I reached out and John Smith made it happen! Called that morning, was viewing the car that afternoon...he followed up with a no-pressure call and I owned the car the next day! BTW I never visited the lot, I stay 200 miles away...Call John Smith he can/will make it happen just as easily for you! Kudos John!

Volvo is known for safety and this one delivers with all the latest safety features. But it also adds performance with a combination of supercharging for power off the line, with turbocharging to add power in mid range. Together they deliver performance similar to a V8 with a lot better mpg. The interior is very modern and tasteful. Seats very comfortable. We opted for the air suspension system which really makes a difference in our area with rough roads. I'd recommend it to anyone. Also added the high performance sound system from Bowers and Wilkins. I did not think I wanted to pay up for it, but once I heard it I couldn't pass it up. Many great tech features like Pilot Assist (auto drive), cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, auto park, etc. Recommend the T6 level powertrain, the Air Suspension, and if you can swing it, the Bowers and Wilkins sound system.

Eddie, Robert and Olivia at Opus did a great job helping me purchase a vehicle from Tennessee 500 miles away from their dealership in Michigan. Eddie's answered all my questions, sent me every picture and video I requested. Eddie also recommended a transport broker that took great care transporting my vehicle in a timely manner. Worth every penny! Purchased it a few months ago, and I absolutely love it, great gas mileage and very quick for its size, very underrated!!!

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

I loved my XC90 but traded it due to the cost of fuel. I drive 40 miles a day roundtrip to work. I would easily go through a tank of gas in four days. Best mileage I ever got was about 22 highway. The XC90 is a heavy SUV and shaped like a block. Not a lot of aerodynamics. As for comfort and luxury you can't go wrong the XC 90 is pure luxury and has great pickup and handling. Just be aware the mileage is not good.

I have driven Volvos for a very long time. My 2002 V70XC was my absolute favorite. I just donated it. My first impression was the dealer and I went with one closest to my home. My big mistake. THE CAR - for an SUV the seats sit very low and are not very adjustable. The gear shift functionality is very difficult to get used to - and all the alarms. Being a mechanical engineer, I liked, no, loved the older Volvos for their functionality and interior space. The XC60 has very little cargo space. There are too many bells and whistles you need to QR scan the visor for the manual! The mpg are pitiful - I am getting maybe 15 mpg, with little pick up- the 4 liter engine is not as good as the predecessors. I was worried about the no "cold weather package" - all volvos anywhere have the same battery and the sales guy had no idea what cold cranking meant. HOWEVER, I must say when we had an ice storm and the car was a solid piece of ice the doors opened and the car started right up. BUT it did take 30 minutes + to warm up the windshield to get rid of the ice. AND my hands were so cold trying to scrape the ice off - they were too cold for the display to read my touch! The sales rep was so proud of the heated windshield wipers (?) -I prefer being able to raise the wipers during a snow storm. Here you have to put the wipers in maintenance mode and then move them out. Too many steps to get basics done (and have warm hands). I also can't stand the smudged touch screen from all the swiping and touching. Just looks dirty. BTW don't buy accessories from the dealer. I wanted rails for the top and they were asking $800 list but I could get them for $500. You can buy them from amazon or Volvo direct for $200. It's a Volvo and I have high expectations. I think it is an expensive car and I have not owned it long enough to determine value.

I leased a 2025 Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring from Varsity Lincoln. Great vehicle! And I can't believe how great the service I received from Denise and Nolan... I rate myself as a picky customer who has specific wants and don't-wants... Instead of being tired of me, Denise and Nolan got me exactly what I wanted - in a tough way... Denise located the car, and Nolan drove 13 straight hours to get my car... What? Yes! 13 hours. No typo! I have never heard or received this great service! That was not the end but the start of the buying experience. The entire process was a complete joy. Whenever I need a vehicle, I don't think twice but always contact Denise from Varsity Lincoln with no hesitation. And I am sure I will do so for my life, as I know Denise, Nolan, and their team are working at Varsity! Thank you, Denise, Nolan, and Varsity team for life!

Head Light control can not be seen on the column at night. Stock tires were horrible. I switched to yokohama's. The rims design in terrible. There is a space behind the spokes which allows for dirt and brake dust to build up. Difficult to give a finished look when detailing. Plus I can't use the GPS. NOT convenient to communicate with. Engine noise is disturbing. Biggest thing is the TPM. Would prefer it to actually read the psi of each tire. Raises your anxiety not knowing the true pressure.

Tom Shipton is absolutely fantastic to work with. If it weren’t for him, I would take my business elsewhere. We absolutely love our new car!
