Awesome car. Simply the most car you can buy for the $$$. Only short coming would be for a person without home charging since DC charging is not the fastest on the Bolt. If you took a VW Golf GTI and mashed it with an old school quite, cushy Cadillac and made it cheap to own and run like say a Prius you would have the Bolt.

My boyfriend bought his car from Carmax and it was a great experience. So when I needed a new car I looked at Carmax as well. They had everything I wanted but I thought I would get a better deal at a dealership... Boy was I wrong. Went to three different dealerships almost went through with a deal but they couldn't get me a good interest rate. It was so painful and awful I had decided to give up and just sink money into my current car and try again next year. I had an appointment at carmax the following Sunday and Dwyane called me to verify the time. I told him what happened the previous day and said I would be keeping my car because I needed a good rate and didn't want to be making crazy payments. He said, I hear you and totally understand, I'm happy to help you whenever you're ready. Just so you know when you are ready I have a good rate for you so I know we can find you something to make you happy. I was surprised because the other dealership said we couldn't get close to what I needed. Well folks, I'm in a new car, my payments aren't crazy and I have peace of mind. Friendly staff and service. Bobby (BOB) was courteous and knowledgable about the car. The price was well below KBB. After sales options were offered but not forced upon me. The purchase was fast and easy. Will recommend to others.

Small but mighty. Best value EV for first and long term cost. Great acceleration and braking, especially when using Regen paddle. Nice GM incentive to pay for 220V garage charger as it is needed for overnight recharge. I bought the EV1 model since I didn't needed heated seats in Florida, but would have liked forward crash collision braking and side mirror lane changing warning. Overall, the Bolt EV is ideal for me.

Its a great vehicle overall. A small family sedan with a lot of trunk space. Has enough power to pull a truck out of the snow. Overall it's a great all season car and comfortable car with good power and torque.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

This is the 3rd Hyundai I've owned (Accent, Sonata and Santa Fe Sport). I've loved all three of them and I'm sure my next vehicle will be another Hyundai. I did not have any interior problems with the other 2 cars. But my 2017 Santa Fe had some small issues with the seats. I've had my 2019 Bolt Premier for a month now and it's really a clever little vehicle. Nimble and fun to drive with lots of room (can fit two mt bikes in the back). Coming from a VW GTI I expected the Bolt to be a substantial step down, but it's not. Granted the GTI is leagues ahead in both interior and exterior build quality, but the Bolt is no slouch in terms of what a fun-sized EV hatch should be. With a low center of gravity, loads of "O" torque and a decent suspension, the Bolt doesn't embarrass itself while performing it's appointed tasks around town. Sure, the steering could benefit from taking a communications class and the brakes are less than linier but the single pedal driving dynamic is outstanding (I could seriously go on for a while regarding how intuitive the one pedal regen system is on the Bolt, kudos to GM for their work on this feature). The rest of the gripes about the Bolt (plastic interior, uncomfortable front seats, low res screens, odd styling) I think miss the mark regarding the sum of it's parts. At the end of the day, does the Bolt deliver a satisfying experience and leave you with a smile? Absolutely!

This is my second Mini and I didn't know if I would love the Clubman S more than my old Countryman, but I absolutely made the right call getting the Clubman. It handles so well, is so peppy, and comfortable. I don't know if I can ever drive another car other than a Clubman! I honestly have nothing negative to say and I have been driving this car for just over 1 year.

Buying a vehicle is a dreadful process. The wait, the negotiation, the unknown, it's all overwhelming. This place did it right! Wait was minimal, negotiation was beyond fair, but above all the car was impeccable and AS DESCRIBED! Nothing worse than surprises when buying a vehicle. Thanks ZEN, we will surely be back!

Perhaps the only car I have ever owned that has checked all the boxes so thoroughly. Fabulous performance, exquisitely luxurious, comfortable, and with everyday practicality. An exotic station wagon. This may be the car I buy and and leave for the kids to inherit!

I decided it was time to "retire" our 2006 BMW M3 convertible as a second car and just keep it garaged until the sun comes out and we want a top down drive through the mountains of southwest Virginia. But my wife was not excited at the prospect of a 3rd vehicle that has no place in our retirement budget. I have been looking at EVs or plug-in hybrids but all were too expensive as a third vehicle and I had almost resigned to wait to replace our Honda Accord in a couple more years with a plug-in hybrid as range issues still bothered me with EVs (except perhaps Tesla, but didn't want a Muskmobile). When I found a Bolt Lt1 at a dealer who was willing to sell below MSRP and give me the $7500 tax rebate up front, the decision became extraordinarily simple. A brand new, pretty good electric vehicle with full warranty and a 250+ mile range for under $20K. Amazing. Likes: cheap, reasonably comfortable, lots of room for a small car, handles reasonably well, steering is good, one pedal driving is fantastic, electric motor smoothness/quiet, no gas! Chevy pays for some or all installation of a level 2 charger plug. Dislikes: In my 1LT trim, no heated seats, rake of front windshield causes "A" pillar to be in the way when making left hand turns. Just purchased the Bolt so can't speak to reliability issues. This is a perfect 2nd car. Use it for all your normal short/medium trips (most of most peoples' driving lives) and use no gas. Keep your older, larger car for road trips or when you need to carry adult passengers in back. Buy one while you can!

I had the best customer service and experience dealing with Mike. I live outside FL so I asked a friend who lives there to go see a car and test drive it for me. Everything Mike told me on the phone about the car was accurate. He is a super nice and honest guy, no beating around the bush, no non-sense. My friend spent about an hour checking out the car and test driving it and Mike was there answering all my questions (I was on video chat with my friend the whole time). He then held the car for me for 2 weeks until I was able to go there and pick it up. I flew in on a Saturday and my flight was delayed by a few hours, so I didn't make it on time. However, Mike waited for me even though the shop was already closed and let me pick up the car that day. He already had all the paperwork ready to go, I just signed and paid for the car and was on my way. Since he was so nice and went out of his way to help me, I wanted to buy him a beer as a thank you. But instead he invited me to his house for a beer. Just an unbelievably nice guy, I wish all car dealers were half as awesome as Mike. It has now been a month since I've had my 328 XIT BMW and I am super happy with it. It runs smoothly and it has definitely been a great purchase. Thank you, Mike!

I bought my 2006 Scion XB in 2006. My car was the best car I have ever owned. You sit up off the floor, not like most compact cars where you practically lay on the floor. In addition, the head room and backseat leg room is fantastic! We changed the oil every 3,000 miles. It did not burn oil or drip oil. It never required any repairs except oil changes, brakes and tires. The only repair other than maintenance that had to be done was in 2023 we needed to replace the radiator. I would still have this car but a buck literally ran into my car totalling it. I was sick! I have tried to get another one but can't seem to find one that had been taken care of like mine. If you find one of these models...buy it. It is a Gem.

This car has been the most reliable, toughest car I've ever owned. It has never let me down. Maintenance is very affordable. Plenty of power for all your lane passing needs and plenty of stopping power even in the most slippery conditions. The AWD system is perfect for washington winters! All electronics still work! I've only had to replace bulbs. Anybody who drives this car will totally love it.

The 2016 Subaru Outback is the first car I'd ever bought brand new, and I haven't been disappointed since it was purchased 7 years ago. It's very reliable, fun to drive, easy on gas, easy on maintenance and easy on the eyes. Will do it all over again when I make my next Subaru purchase!
