I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax. I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model. I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).

This car looks funny from the exterior it is fun to drive and its skinny to fit anywhere it can fit a lot of stuff and its really comfy with fabric seats.

2017 Toyota Prius v review
I have owned a 2014 and a 2016. Both have been excellent cars and both have been totaled in a rear ending accident. I feel safe in this vehicle and drive back and forth from FL to ME for the summer and need a car I trust and feel comfortable in. My husband and I were in a rollover crash on Saturday in Hattiesburg and had no car to load all of our belongings from the totaled car. Mia greeted us as we walked in and brought water for us right away and offered snacks. She showed us the truck she had on the lot for us to see and went over all the high points. It had no low points. The price was very very good. Gifford and Austin were part of the team. Mia worked with us for several hours because our case was complicated. We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Love this car. It’s drives well. I have owned for two years and it’s very reliable and affordable to maintain. It’s always fun to drive. Great cargo room. Great stereo and audio features. Great gas mileage. I really really love it. Best car ever. I have had outback’s, Prius, accords, civics, and carollos and this car is the best. So happy with it. I am waiting for a new fresher model to come out but not in a rush.
