VW of South Burlington has such great employees! You CANNOT beat the customer service! They are flexibile, friendly, helpful and I haven't spent a penny on my car yet! I was unaware that I was due for a state inspection, so they informed me I was due and told me it was free of charge. They didn't get a chance to wash my car so they gave me a free voucher for the car wash down the street. I have gone in there twice without an appointment, and was out of there in minutes! They actually care about their customers!

My wife was in a pretty bad accident. She walked out perfectly safe. The Atlas built like a tank. We went and purchased another one. Went from a 21.5 to a 22. I’m satisfied with it

2023 F150 Lariat. Just bought this used so these are my first impressions. So far very happy with the truck. Comfortable and handles nicely. V-6 seems very responsive. My issues at this point are related to my ability to setup this truck the way I want it. I am lucky that it came with the feature for automatic shutoff every time you stop for a red light already permanently removed. I would hate that feature if it had it. There is a lot of other features I would just as soon not have that I have had varying levels of success in turning off. Automatic lane keeping is one. While I was able to turn it off in the settings, it still interferes with setting cruise control. When I try to turn cruise control on it sets lane keeping anyway and I have to turn it off with another button press, while showing a stupid truck icon on the dash instead of my speed. I have to press an OK button to turn lane keeping off, then it will set the cruise control. All these button presses and having to look at the dash while doing this are very distracting and increases the time I'm not looking at the road, actually making the truck less safe. You really have to pick your time for setting cruise control. The automatic braking is another dangerous feature in my view. Thankfully I was able to turn that one off. The truck will beep 2 times if the engine is running and you get out, like to check your mailbox. It is irritating at best, not just for me, but for my neighbors, especially early in the morning or late at night. There is no mute button on the steering wheel for the radio, that I can find at least. I had this feature on other trucks and found it very helpful. Reverse brake assist makes no sense to me at all. I turned it off, but it is another one that puts a warning message on the dash to tell me that. I find the warning messages for the features I have turned off distracting and useless. These are my first impressions, there will probably be more later.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Love my 4Runner but the only thing wrong with it is the KDSS problems that no one knows how to fix. Light comes on in the winter and starts leaking. Dealer replaced it once and they paid the $4, 000.00 because it was the first time that they had seen this. Now it almost winter and the lights coming back on.

I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically the sales person who helped me, Charlie. He was communicative, attentive and patient (not pushy) with me throughout the shopping and decision making process. He shared with me how he has been with this dealer for over 20 years and shared some of the reasons why he remains loyal to this dealer. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable and clean. Coffee, tea, milk, creamer and all extras are supplied. The bathroom is clean and convenient.

This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Charlie, Marc and Theresa made our truck purchase a very positive experience. They were honest, efficient and very thorough through the whole process. Because of their dedication they stayed late to finish the transaction saving us a very long return trip and lost time at work! A little choppy on dirt roads, feel the uneven paved road surfaces. I attribute this to the 4X4 suspension. Excellent payload , 1865 lbs.for the non-turbo 3.3 liter which has been stellar performer in 35K miles. I average 24mpg all weather. Very good drive modes, sport kicks it up to V8 feel, shift on the fly seamless. Handles great with loads 1000 lbs. plus. Hot riding vinyl seats are sport like hugging you, difficult to turn around to look out the back window. I don't rely solely on back up camera because it does hide the corners where pedestrians are. Confining driving position barely allows for my 6 foot frame. Seats belong in a sports car, not a truck! I should have got the cloth seats! The cab lacks much space behind seats for a small cooler of water or duffel bag. The transmission was clunky in the first 4 months. I think it was the computer adjusting for driving habits. The 12" touch screen has many features and can be turned off. Integrated phone is easy set up, Personal music can be played or built in music apps. The maps are great showing satellite view and North South configuration based on direction view. Service often freezes when you get in valleys. The worst feature is vehicle manual on computer, takes 10x longer to find what you are looking for. Ask Ford to order a printed booklet! The instrument panel is well laid out however the steering wheel sometimes obstructs information. The tilt, telescope wheel is perfect for shorter drivers. There are many cluster views to choose from and two trip odometers, a big plus. I choose one layout for all driving. Took a long time to get used to where radio controls are as I was always turning down the blower motor switch. Blower motor has 8 speeds and whisper quiet up to 5. Also has an ac booster for quick cab cooling, heat, nice! The stereo has equalizer, 4 speakers and will blow out your ear drums unless you have deafness. I find the adjustments for instrument brightness, headlights, fog, and bed lights to be very awkward, An afterthought by Ford engineers? Placed at lower left below segregated instrument layout. Needs to be easily visible, not hidden from view and adjustment. The high beams light up the next county and 50 feet up the treeline. Not sure I need to see owls in the trees, but I can. The flash to pass feature needs to be more blinks, changing lanes that fast is dangerous. The windshield is large and raked offering a full road view and pillars don't obstruct the roadway. The rear view camera can be used while driving and shows tailgaters. The rear window has defrost, tint. The tint is great but defrost is imo a dumb idea. Window easily defrosts with heat or defogs with ac. This isn't a car! I chose Ford over competition because my last F150 gave me 400K, never left me stranded, had a great V6, super good tranny and decent fuel mileage. I like the payload, handling, maps and my music from my apps. I like the aluminum clad where my last steel truck started rusting everywhere. The weight is nimble feel while driving, almost sporty on twisty roadways with very good acceleration and quicker stopping. The cost of ownership is less than foreign and many domestic. I have no recalls in 2 years. I drive in snow often, the handling and my confidence level are excellent but I still have weight in the bed for traction since this is 700 lbs. lighter than my 2013. Overall, I like this vehicle very much and look forward to a new one, better designed or upgraded 2028.

We have been taking our leased car to Freedom for service the past three years. Without fail the car was always ready ahead of schedule and ready to drive again. Turning in the car was a smooth quick process. Friendly staff too.

So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

Not only did Oleg, the salesperson I worked with, save me $800 by finding a way for me to not pay tax on the car I bought, he also suggested a Vermont program that would help me pay for it because it was a hybrid. Even just the car itself was amazing. I took it to the auto shop I go to and they said it was in amazing condition for a used car and that they saw no issues with it even though it was an older vehicle. Highly recommend them, only took ten minutes to fill out the paperwork because they were prepared for us to come back the day after my test drive.

This car has all the safety and comfort issues I was looking for - plus good gas mileage. The styling and four wheel drive fits with my rugged home woodland environment.

My experience was great at Berlin City - Tom went out of his way to help me again! He found the vehicle I wanted at the right mileage and price. While I was unable to finance the vehicle at the right payment/interest rate due to some credit issues of my own, I will definitely be back in 4-6 months to purchase a new vehicle from him!

I want this truck if I can't get help with finances I'll try againfri and ill have cash. I want it 100percent I've only dreamed of owning a truck like this and now if the Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise.a dream might come true.,!!!!!! I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

I love this place & I'm very happy with my vehicle, BUT... my only complaint is the service center chargers outrageous prices! Seriously, OUTRAGEOUS!! I made the mistake of purchasing my brake pads and rotors here, instead of going to a my local mechanic shop and I practically paid double! What would have cost me about $600 INCLUDING parts & labor at Busheys Auto, cost me $952 here!!! YES, $952 & that's including the FREE inspection and I didn't even need tires like I thought I was going to and I STILL walked out paying almost $1,000!! As a single mother of two, that literally killed me financially. However, I didn't feel as if I really had a choice because my rear brakes were already down to the metal; my fault, I know, but I didn't want to leave and wait to get in somewhere else. LESSON LEARNED!! I won't use the service center for out-of-pocket expenses. It's been two days and I'm still just sick over that amount I had to pay! Anyway, aside from the cost the people are very friendly and I would recommend getting a vehicle here, I just don't recommend purchasing anything through the service center unless, of course it's covered under warranty or a free service. 😉

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Almartin Volvo Cars’ service department is responsive and has provided very good service. They have provided me with a loaner car on multiple occasions without charge. Rob, the sevice rep has been great to work with.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I am on my second Subaru and have have great service at Burlington Subaru. Brandon was great also Jason with the loaner cars. Everybody I came in contact with was great! The only thing I think that sucks is their 3% surcharge for credit cards! Really most people who have service and have unexpected charges don’t have enough money in their checking account. Depending on the bill it could add a lot more to your bill. I feel like I am getting punished for using my credit card. So because of that I can only give 4 stars.

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Josh from Berlin City Kia was amazing at finding exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle. He was very informative,concise,and quick. There is nothing worse when car hunting to sit at a dealership for 3-6 hrs only to find it’s not going to work for you. He made sure we were comfortable, attended to and seems to be a very warm and friendly family man. I’ve dealt with salespeople who after you sign on that dotted line thy disappeared leaving you with questions on your new vehicle. He made sure we knew what we were getting.

I inherited the 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Limited from my wife. She ended up getting another Forester. Needless to say, I never picked this car for myself. However, the Subaru Brand and this Crosstrek has won me over. The AWD system works perfectly in the snowy Northern New York climate. With dedicated winter tires, I have complete confidence in my ability to keep it through the worst Lake Effect snow. The ground clearance allows me to drive easily on unloved roads with ease. I don't use X-Mode often, but it does help for going uphill on snowy roads or times when the snow is pretty deep. I've never been stuck or stranded with this car. The power train is adequate enough for highway and secondary roads. There are times when merging or attempting to pass, where I wished it had more power. (Drove a loaner 2020 Limited with the 2.5L, that is the perfect power train for the Crosstrek) I have never had any issues with the CVT transmission, but it does take some getting used to. The interior is fine. The gauges, screens and buttons are laid out well. I can find everything with ease and non of the buttons are in odd places. The factory speakers are lacking, but this model doesn't not have the upgraded stero option. Andriod auto works well. Seats are comfortable but do not have much lumbar support. Bolstered well and the headrest has a big range of adjustments. At 70k, I noticed the first crack in the synthetic leather bolster. The Limited trim is equipped with LED headlamps and they are truly fantastic. I rarely find myself using the hi-beams. The turning headlamps are very helpful with visibility when turning. Excellent all around. Eyesight and adaptive cruise works well and I have never had any issues. Only minor hiccups when snow, rain, fog or very bright oncoming light will trip Eyesight off. After a minute, it turns itself on. Overall this car is everything I needed and I never knew it. Reliable, fuell efficient, capable in snow and light off-road situations. It had enough utility space for anything I have ever hauled. Truly impressed with this little car. I plan on keeping it for the long haul. You won't be disappointed.

2013 C350 RWD, AMG Performance and Handling package. 108,000 miles. Bought this car in '16 with 40,000 Miles. It continues to serve me well. The one major problem has been an anti-theft ignition switch that only the dealer can fix. Cost 2k to fix. This is the only repaired I've needed. I have had all scheduled maintenance done, Runs quite well, and still has great performance. Handling is the best.
