Excellent service center
Rob Castro, service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and provided detailed explanation of services and cost. I never felt pressured into Services I didn't need or want. The service was performed without issues, and returned when expected. I received Excellent service with a smile!

I told them I wanted to come visit, see the car in person, and go from there. I have credit over 750, make enough to buy the car, and wasn't looking to waste anyones time. I live in Jersey. Drove to Brooklyn. Saw the car. Test drove the car. It's what I wanted. Sat down to talk numbers. They refused to honor the Autotrader price (55k) and instead, told me the car was now $70k due to "market adjustments". I was blown away. That is LITERALLY bait & switch. I walked. Disgusted. By the way, the car is literally still on autotrader, two months later. Then, over the next month, I received several calls from several other salespeople about the car, and when I told them I'd take it for the Autotrader price, they just said that that's not going to happen. I attempted to get the sales manager to call me back, as I was willing to make a deal, but to no avail. No callback. I called repeatedly. Meanwhile, I continue to receive emails from them telling me I'm "pre-approved" and all this other crap, and frankly, I just don't trust them. My time and effort were wasted on a bait & switch. Dealerships like Brooklyn Mitsubishi are literally the reason used car dealerships get a bad name. I'm not sure who the sales person(s) were, as frankly, none of the below sales people look familiar, but one was a tall gentleman who sat in the far left front corner by the windows, and two separate females. The sales manager was Sasha, and then I was told he was fired, and George was the new sales manager, and he wouldn't return my calls. I just wanted to buy the car.

First and foremost, if the option existed to give no stars, I would have selected that one. Before you go to this dealer, please read. I started my car buying experience as many do now, online. I found the vehicle i was interested in on Autotrader and promptly contacted Brooklyn Mitsubishi. The internet sales associate, I believe her name was Robin or something similar, was extremely pleasant and upbeat, which was a good first impression. I told her that I had built my entire deal online and would like to schedule a time to come in and actually see the car before making a decision. Since I was coming from Central PA to NYC, it was a significant drive and I wanted to ensure that my deal, as well as my trade appraisal, would be honored before I made the journey. She assured me that anything that was done online would be honored, so I made an appointment, took a day off of work, and made the more than 4.5 hour trek. Upon getting to the dealer, my first impression was not that good. I overheard other sales associates speaking to potential customers, and it was extremely brash and rude, but my salesman Dewan seemed to be polite. I explained my expectations and that I would like the deal i built online to be honored. He quickly disappeared into the back, leaving me sit for almost a half an hour. Upon his return, his sales manager was with him. I'm not sure of his name, but I can tell you this, he was the WORST and moreover, disrespectful person I had ever met in the car buying industry. He explained to me that not only would they NOT honor my deal, but they wanted to then give me almost 10k less for my trade than had been discussed. He made it seem as if it was my fault, that I had done something wrong. I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they expressed that they would attempt to work with me. So, back and forth we go on my trade. His continued use of foul language solidified his position and he defiantly fit the stigma of a “weasel” car guy. He even raised his voice and used profane language towards me when I expressed my discontent in having driven all that way to see a vehicle. So, I figured I had ventured this far, I may as well see what the financing options were and perhaps salvage some of my deal. When I sat down with the financial advisor, he too was extremely rude and unnerving. He quoted payments, to which I disagreed. I asked him to see the computer screen that he was working on, to which he refused, rather he then printed out my deal. It was at this time I noticed that the overall price of the vehicle had jumped 10k from what was listed online. When I questioned this, they said there was a “reconditioning” fee for all vehicles, plus tax and tags. I asked what the fee was for, they said for any replacement parts that might have been used. I asked to see the service record and wanted to see where almost 6k in “reconditioning” was utilized on a newer, low milage vehicle, but again was denied. The entire time they kept insisting that I still buy the car and re-finance when I got to my home state, being extremely pushy. Finally, I had enough and decided to cut my losses and leave. I would never buy a car from Brooklyn Mitsubishi, nor would I ever recommend anyone go to their dealership. Their lies and deceitful tactics are terrible and any management of this dealership ought to be ashamed of how their staff conduct business and treat customers.
