    Got scammed and then didn't even try to hide it. I talked to Laura on the phone about a 2015 BMW 328 for 16K. She scheduled me for a test drive today,... and called me 2 hours before the appointment to confirm. When I got there the sales manager told me it was sold and that the system takes 24 hours to update, although another sales rep said the car was sold 4 days prior. They promised to show me a 2016 model for 19k so we walked over and it turned out to be a 2017 model for 25k. The other one was "in another lot". Laura mysteriously cannot be reached because she "works in a different building" and she "just stepped away". $70 Uber just wasted. Somebody please report them at the Bureau of Consumer Protection (as I will do too) because this is apparently what they do and all the positive review are fake. All the 1 star reviews sound very familiar and are representative of what actually happens there. Also, no masks or social distancing, some reps were wearing a mask but most weren't even inside and this one guy was talking to me 2 feet away with the mask under his nose.

    Darlene this is unbelievable pick up my Mitsubishi Endeavor yesterday the same problem exists what did u fix for 3700.00 the day car shuts off when u touch... the brakes engine light back on I hv never had it this problem from a dealer my repair when from 1500 to 3700 and the car still not running you've one more chance next step is court this is crazy I bring my car in on full make sure I don't get it back on empty yal not getting another dime
