Purchased a new CR-V this weekend from Duval Honda, after having walked out of two other local Honda dealerships. These guys got it! Lamark treated the... entire family with respect (including kids in tow) and was great at reading people. His sales manager was awesome, and everyone we met while there was incredible. We felt like family! It was the most stress-free car buying experience I've had in my entire life. It was well worth our 46 mile drive to get to them.
My experience at duval honda was pretty amazing to be honest... yet i went in to trade in my old car for a car i wanted, turn out that my salesmen was... actually a pretty good one, even though i didnt walk out with the car i was looking for, i was pretty happy with the car i got. Paul was actually really good he tried his hardest to push for the car i came in for but got me into expanding my options.. he worked with the style i was looking for if thank you paul for putting me behind my 2014 all black dodge charger... if you are looking for a car this guy right here really works with you and i would most definitely go to him for a car

We held out as long as possible before making the plunge and trading in our SUV for a minivan. A big shout out to Conner Denby who knew his stuff and made... our first Honda purchase a real pleasure. He recognized we were just looking and gathering info and kept our time relaxed with zero pressure. When I later came back to more heavily consider one we liked, he and his manager Loren gave us a great deal without any games. We're thrilled to own our first Honda and already loved our first road trip in it. Thanks guys!

Where do I begin??? I had a nail in one of my two tires that needed to be replaced, so I called around to get prices. I normally go here for service on... my 2012 Honda Civic since I bought it new there. I online chatted with someone who popped up when I was on their website and they told me that service would call me when they were open. They WERE open, but no one called me. I took the next day off to finish my price quotes and for them to call. No one called, so I called them and spoke to the parts dept. They gave me a pretty comparable price on the tires, so they transferred me over to service to get the price on the installation and road hazard. I spoke to John McKeen and he said it would 265 out the door with road hazard. He wanted me to schedule an appointment right then, but I had one more place to call. This place ended up being the one I went with. I called back and left a voicemail for John. Two hours went by and no callback. I then called again. John was at lunch. Two more hours went by. I started to make the appointment online for the 1:30 available appointment, because I knew they would have to get the tires from the warehouse and it would take 40 minutes for them to do that. This was at 12:30. John called just as I was finalizing the appointment and tried to get me to schedule for Monday. I told him that waiting three days was not an option. He then acted like he was doing me a huge favor by having me come in that day at 1:40. I told him that the tires needed to come from the warehouse, so that would be fine. He said they would be there when I arrived. They were not. Once I got there, he then called to have them delivered. He began talking about an alignment, but stopped when the delivery driver answered the phone. He told me it would be about an hour and half total to get the tires on and have me on my way. Three hours later, my car was supposedly done. I asked for the paperwork to pay and he took me over to his desk and informed me that no alignment could be done because my shocks were bad. My shocks are not bad and do not need to be replaced, btw. I told him no. I got the paperwork and went to pay. My keys were nowhere to be found. John said it was in the wash and should be out in a minute. I walked outside and awaited my car. Twenty minutes later, still no car. Another service advisor went in search of my car when John couldn’t figure out where it was. My car was in the parking lot...unwashed. They started to pull it into the wash and I told them to just give me my car. I was starving by this point and wanted to go home. The other service advisor could tell I wasn’t happy and I told him what had happened. He apologized and also stated that an alignment could have been done and there should be no reason why I need new shocks. I then left and cooled down for a day. I emailed the dealership. Three days later, I have yet to hear back. I realized they put an oil change sticker on my window which was odd since they never do that and I didn’t get my oil changed. I checked my maintenance minder info and sure enough, it had been reset to 100% oil life. I don’t know what happened there. Also, road hazard is not on my receipt and no one has called/emailed me back about the whole mess, so I don’t know if I have it or not. Seriously the worst experience I have had. I’ll be calling Honda Corporation tonorrow to let them know what I have gone through.

My husband and I visited Duval Honda to purchase a vehicle and had the most wonderful buying experience. Our sales associate’s name was Paul McPeak. He... was very professional and kind spirited and patient. He was also very personable and it was clear from the start that he wasn’t just out to get the sale. He actually cared about making sure that we were happy with the vehicle we chose and the price. The entire deal took very little of our time. I ended up driving away with my dream car. I’m totally please with the level of service I received and my new car is amazing. I’ve received several compliments. Excellent experience. I didn't feel pressured at all. My salesperson found exactly what I was looking for. Upfront and open on pricing. Ask for Jake... McKee. He was an excellent help to me and a great salesperson. I came in after a frustrating afternoon at another dealership. Very happy leaving with an awesome new truck. Highly recommend Jake and this dealership.
