Horrible company, doesn't honor what they say and they won't leave me alone. Originally contacted them about a used car, couldn't agree on a price, found... another car and they just kept contacting me. I tried to tell them to stop contacting me and they even contacted me on CHRISTMAS DAY! Who does that?

I’ve had a horrible experience with the sales department at Baker Buick GMC Cadillac. I purchased a preowned 2015 Sierra, as well as a bumper to bumper... warranty with the additional option for aftermarket suspension. The day after I left I noticed some noises coming from the suspension. I brought it in to get looked at and to speak with my salesman and sales manager about repairing the truck. Turns out they sold me a truck with a lift kit that was poorly installed and the only way to fix it is to remove the lift and restore to factory suspension. The sales people are making me come out of my own pocket to restore factory suspension instead of resolving the problem. The majority of the reason I purchased this truck was the way it looked so now I have to come out of pocket to fix it and it won’t even look the same as it did when I bought it. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership to anyone, they do not do business honestly, nor do they care about customer satisfaction.

My wife and I feel that we were treated fairly and respectfully by the sales associates at Baker Cadillac. The XT-5 we purchased is a work of art aside... from being a really nice luxury automobile. Kudo's to GM's Cadillac Design Division. We also like the maintenance programs and warranties included in the purchase, speaking of which, Baker's Service Department treats you like your family.
I just got a call from the general manager AJ stating that a truck I had signed all the paperwork for and overnighted a bank check as been sold out from... under me. I was buying from out of state and they never warned me this could happen. They actually told me not to worry about this and it was "sold" in their eyes. Do not believe a word they tell you and do business elsewhere.

Bought a new truck with a 5 year old trade-in from this dealer. Service was quick and knowledgeable, prices were very competitive. I am now the proud... owner of a 2018 GMC Truck with no maintenance worries for the next 5 years in my construction business. I'd definitely return to this dealership.
My service was performed in a timely manner. the site was very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. Dean did a great job getting the... car to the service area without delay.
So sad that Baker Cadillac provides such poor service after the sale. Made an appointment for service a week in advance. Took car in and was there close... to an hour just to drop car off. After 24 hours had not even looked at car. When sales manager finally called me he said the service appointment was just to meet with a representative to fill out service paperwork. Seriously?! This dealership has lots of problems. Since they are the only Cadillac dealership in Charleston had I known all this I wouldn’t have selected a Cadillac. I seriously recommend you consider if you want this type of experience when selecting what brand of vehicle to purchase.

First of all, the vehicle I was looking to buy was not available after only talking to someone at the dealership a few hours prior. The dealership did... buy me some gas for my trip and that was good of them so I commend them for that. However, in discussing to buy another vehicle, my car was then appraised. I was told they would offer the best trade in price. Ha! This dealership offered me an insulting trade in value for my car...thousands short of what it is worth having only 49000 miles on it. I left the dealership and will not return.
