I will never conduct any business with Baker Cadillac (purchase or service). I received terrible service from them. They said, they are in the business... of making money. They wanted to charge me for GUESS WORK. They said, "they did not invite me" to bring my vehicle to their facility. I love the Cadillac brand, but will purchase my NEXT vehicle from a Hilton Head or Columbia dealership, rather than driving 7 minutes to Tommy Baker Cadillac. Absolutely Awful Experience.

In a professional and polite manner we had previosul...y declined the opportunity to work on your car and had requested for you not to bring it back in. Without any solicitation or encouragement from Baker Cadillac, you had it towed to our facility after an independent mechanic charged your for unsuccessful repairs and expected us to remedy the issues at no cost to you. Every authorized service center charges a fee for the diagnosis of an issue and ours is very reasonable. Our clients see value in having a GM Certified Technician look at their vehicle, identify the problem, perform the repair and get them back on the road as quickly and cost effectively as we are able.
I saw a GMC Colorado on Cars.com. I contacted GMC dealership in Charleston to see the car. The first day it was storming bad and due to traffic would not... be able to get there. I emailed texted and called the next day to go look at the truck. I finally got in communication with someone around noon. They said it was on a test drive and would let me know what happened. I never heard anything so I reached back out. I got a text message saying the truck was still available. I texted back that I could be there around 3 pm. Before leaving I asked for confirmation that the truck was still available. The next message was an apology but an employee was buying the truck. When they get our information from theses sites they will call email and harass you for years. But when you want to buy something they won’t sell it to you rather to one of there employees who is surrounded and has access to multiple cars every day. They suck.

Recently purchased a new Cadillac Escalade. I was incredibly impressed with the Manager, AJ and Sales Associate Cliff. Located a car from another dealer... to meet my needs. Both were very knowledge about the product and features available to me. Facility is top notch. Finance process very simply and easy. Best place to buy a car!

Recently, I was due to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. It was to be transported to another state. I communicated with the salesman(Noah Prine)... through out the process. He in return communicated with the sales manager (Paul Streaman). We had reached a agreement, insurance was paid to transport the vehicle, it was due to arrive on Feb. 10, 2020 between 3:00-4:00 pm. Spoke with them the evening before due date. All was well, we sealed the time slot for delivery and my husband took off from work to be present at delivery. Then, I texted Noah day of delivery in which he texted me back. The vehicle was sold! they sold it that morning of delivery. How fraudulent could that be? I was told on Friday, the vehicle was taken off the floor. On the following Tuesday its sold? This has been a expense on my family, and no one at the dealership has tried to call me. Mr. Geffert the General Manager of the dealership sent me a text asking for my availability to discuss the matter. I responded and he still did not call. This is extremely disappointing!!!!
Mrs. Murray, I apologized to you over the phone for any inconvenience that might have been caused but your 1-star review seems to have conveniently om...itted some relevant information. You didn’t mention that you were provided a purchase order within 24 hours of your first inquiry on 2/3 but never signed it. You didn't mention that after offering to buy this vehicle you refused to pay for it. Signed documents and payment in full constitute a SOLD vehicle and, unfortunately, you had completed neither. Yes, the vehicle was sold to someone else....8 days after we started working with you but there was extensive communication with you and every effort was being made to help you conclude the transaction (including driving the car to Charlotte so you could see it). I will never go back to Baker Cadillac, they charged me $950 without sending me a bill , it affected my credit ... really upset with Cadillac, will never... purchase another one

Tried starting online. Poor service, treated like a number. That person does not read your email. They just send form letters. Went to lot. Packed with... cars for sale. I never went in and no one came out to see me. New policy? To cold? The good news is we don't have to deal with it. We have the internet to shop!

Horrible company, doesn't honor what they say and they won't leave me alone. Originally contacted them about a used car, couldn't agree on a price, found... another car and they just kept contacting me. I tried to tell them to stop contacting me and they even contacted me on CHRISTMAS DAY! Who does that?

I’ve had a horrible experience with the sales department at Baker Buick GMC Cadillac. I purchased a preowned 2015 Sierra, as well as a bumper to bumper... warranty with the additional option for aftermarket suspension. The day after I left I noticed some noises coming from the suspension. I brought it in to get looked at and to speak with my salesman and sales manager about repairing the truck. Turns out they sold me a truck with a lift kit that was poorly installed and the only way to fix it is to remove the lift and restore to factory suspension. The sales people are making me come out of my own pocket to restore factory suspension instead of resolving the problem. The majority of the reason I purchased this truck was the way it looked so now I have to come out of pocket to fix it and it won’t even look the same as it did when I bought it. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership to anyone, they do not do business honestly, nor do they care about customer satisfaction.

My wife and I feel that we were treated fairly and respectfully by the sales associates at Baker Cadillac. The XT-5 we purchased is a work of art aside... from being a really nice luxury automobile. Kudo's to GM's Cadillac Design Division. We also like the maintenance programs and warranties included in the purchase, speaking of which, Baker's Service Department treats you like your family.
