I was in town for a few days and my truck started acting up. I went there and they fit me in to take a look at it. They also provided a ride to and from my hotel. Excellent communication and provided video updates. Thanks again for the quick work.

Bought several cars and trucks from Waldorf folks there are nice felt like I got a fair deal Hector did great your phone system sucks HARD only reach sales or service on hold for ever. You have inventory don’t want to wait 2 weeks. Had car up front for me to look at

This is my 5th truck from Waldorf Ford. I just as happy as the first. The sales team is awesome. My guy was Randy. He really took care of me through the entire process. Looking forward to doing business in the future. Thanks to the entire staff.

I really can’t say enough about the service I received at Waldorf Ford. I’m 87 years old and everyone was wonderful. They were friendly and explained everything. The clerks and service technicians were very professional. I will definitely recommend this dealership and I will always get my car serviced there. Thank you Wendy for all your help. J.Mack

Our experience with Waldorf Ford made my daughter’s first car-buying journey truly unforgettable. From my very first inquiry about the vehicle to the moment she drove off the lot, everything was seamless and stress-free. Craig Townsend was absolutely incredible. From the start, he was responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure my daughter’s needs were met. He went above and beyond in every way—kind, personable, knowledgeable, and even brought humor into the process, which made it all the more enjoyable. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he took the initiative to have pedal extenders installed in her new Ford Bronco to ensure her comfort and safety. That level of care meant everything to us. Thank you, Craig, and thank you Waldorf Ford, for taking such amazing care of my daughter and making this milestone such a positive and memorable experience!

The first time I’ve done a review of any kind. I bought a used f150 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My salesman was Richie and his assistant manager Deonta. I had a trade in and a price point goal in mind. We worked at it in a very relaxed way and we got close but couldn’t close the deal. I really liked the truck and when I arrived (unannounced) the truck was clean in and out to their credit. Needless to say I left and the next day I was actually at another dealership when Richie contacted me. We worked out a very fair deal(I came up a little and he dropped a little). I was three hours away a when I arrived the truck was completely detailed and a full tank of gas. (Who tops off the tank anymore,especially a truck). When we finished the paperwork and went to leave we were missing the passenger floor mat. (misplaced during the detailing I guess) They looked everywhere with no luck. They gave me a complete new set of floor mats. The manager (I don’t know his name) brought them to me and apologized for holding us up. These were absolutely great people to deal with and I hate the car buying thing but I would definitely feel comfortable buying from them in the future. My truck is a 2022 and it’s like new. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys, it was great working with you.

Rob is a good service advisor with great knowledge of what should be done. Recommended work that was needed in addition to fixing the problem. Kept me posted on the status and gives good advice.
