Our experience with Waldorf Ford made my daughter’s first car-buying journey truly unforgettable. From my very first inquiry about the vehicle to the moment she drove off the lot, everything was seamless and stress-free. Craig Townsend was absolutely incredible. From the start, he was responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure my daughter’s needs were met. He went above and beyond in every way—kind, personable, knowledgeable, and even brought humor into the process, which made it all the more enjoyable. What really stood out was his attention to detail—he took the initiative to have pedal extenders installed in her new Ford Bronco to ensure her comfort and safety. That level of care meant everything to us. Thank you, Craig, and thank you Waldorf Ford, for taking such amazing care of my daughter and making this milestone such a positive and memorable experience!

The first time I’ve done a review of any kind. I bought a used f150 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My salesman was Richie and his assistant manager Deonta. I had a trade in and a price point goal in mind. We worked at it in a very relaxed way and we got close but couldn’t close the deal. I really liked the truck and when I arrived (unannounced) the truck was clean in and out to their credit. Needless to say I left and the next day I was actually at another dealership when Richie contacted me. We worked out a very fair deal(I came up a little and he dropped a little). I was three hours away a when I arrived the truck was completely detailed and a full tank of gas. (Who tops off the tank anymore,especially a truck). When we finished the paperwork and went to leave we were missing the passenger floor mat. (misplaced during the detailing I guess) They looked everywhere with no luck. They gave me a complete new set of floor mats. The manager (I don’t know his name) brought them to me and apologized for holding us up. These were absolutely great people to deal with and I hate the car buying thing but I would definitely feel comfortable buying from them in the future. My truck is a 2022 and it’s like new. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks guys, it was great working with you.

Rob is a good service advisor with great knowledge of what should be done. Recommended work that was needed in addition to fixing the problem. Kept me posted on the status and gives good advice.

I recently had an unexpected situation with my 2024 F-150 that required service attention. While it was frustrating to deal with, it was not a reflection of the vehicle’s performance, but rather an external issue that needed to be addressed. I absolutely love my F-150 — it has been an amazing vehicle and I continue to be very happy with it. I went to Waldorf Ford and spoke with Kira in service, and she completely changed the experience for me. She listened carefully as I explained my history as a long-time Ford customer — purchasing vehicles, warranties, and servicing exclusively through Ford dealerships. She was professional, empathetic, and proactive from start to finish. Kira took the time to thoroughly review everything and told me she would see what she could do. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I felt valued. By the time we were finished, she had worked hard on my behalf and delivered a resolution that restored my confidence and reminded me why I continue to choose this dealership. That level of customer service matters. It builds trust and loyalty. Thank you, Kira, for going above and beyond. Waldorf Ford is fortunate to have you.

Sales person was new but did the best she could- 5 stars. Finance, rush you through process and did not fully disclose the changes other than the added warranty package was cheaper than previously priced- 3 stars. Dealership online pricing is deceptive. They state significant savings from MSRP that includes freight/ship charges, then state 11K discount online which has freight/ship charges subtracted off (which really isn’t a discount) and put in very small font that discounted price does not include the $$$$ freight/ship charges. Very deceptive and I question legality of it. The overall price for the truck was as good as I could find. The deceptive mathematics they use in their advertising is something to watch out for.

I need to bring my vehicle back to be able to give a better review. I did think the dealership could've given a loaner vehicle if they thought services would go longer then expected. Because monetary was not the problem this time.

Because of the treatment I receive from my advisor, I keep returning for any car issues. It is also at a more convenient location of the 3 dealerships near my home. I have been disappointed almost every time I’ve gone there. The last time I went, I was told that I needed rotors, costing a lot of money. I had a second opinion and it turns out the brakes they put on were subpar. Very disappointing!
