From start to finish, this was the most pleasant experience we've ever had purchasing a car. No pressure at any time. They showed us all the cars we... wanted, opening them and turning on air conditioning (it was a hot day!). They gave us all the time we needed to compare, peek, and try different models. As we narrowed down the choices, we test drove the cars. The finance part was easy - very honest and knowledgeable finance manager. We ended up trading in a truck - thanks to very helpful general manager. When we returned the next day to pick up our new car, we were given lots of time to ask questions and learn about the car. They walked us through all the options including ones we didn't even know we had! Overall, couldn't be happier with the total experience. Would recommend to anyone considering a new car/truck purchase.
Over the years, I have gone to Ukiah Ford to look at vehicles and was always disappointed. This last week, I stopped at the dealership on our way to Santa... Rosa to look at trucks on Sunday AM. After taking a quick look at their inventory, we left and spent the day driving and looking at Chevy, Dodge and Ford trucks in Ukiah and Santa Rosa. As we were heading back to Fort Bragg, we decided to look closer at one truck that Ukiah Ford had which fit our "wants". We arrived at the dealership at 5:45PM and ended up driving off with this new Ford F350 pickup. Why? The sales (Grant), sales Manager (Hugo) and Finance (Heather) were fantastic and we got a great deal. They stayed late to send us home with our new truck and were not like the meat eating dealerships that we had experienced all day long. Apparently this dealership has a new owner and management and what a change! Overall, I suggest that anybody looking to buy a vehicle, stop and give them a chance. I think you will find it a very pleasant and refreshing dealership
So this is to rescind the review I wrote yesterday. I went to purchase a car and left as a result of a floor manager that didnt understand the sales process... as he wanted my social security number without giving me a price on a car. I would not agree to do it and so he indicated that we were done and I left. The general manager of the dealership found out about it and called me back on my cell phone. He was very kind, wanted to do anything to handle it and so was welcomed back to the dealership by the general manager. In five minutes a deal was worked out for the trade in and a check written for the balance of the purchase. The manager is trying very hard to make the dealership successful and is going through re-training processes for staff so that these types of situations do not occur again. I will be returning to this dealership to buy from the general manager in the next couple of months to buy another truck.

We drove 2 and a half hours to purchase a new vehicle and the manager wouldn’t give me a price on a new truck until I gave my social security number. I... refused as I didn’t want my credit run until I agreed on a purchase price and until I decided whether or not to pay cash. The manager couldn’t have cared less when I said you lost a sale today. Don’t believe any replies that the dealer might give. I have purchased at least 50 cars in my life. I have never been treated this way. I was literally shocked

I have never had a bad experience with Ford in repairing my cars. As for buying a used car I have questions now. We looked at a used F250 with a serious... leak. They said they would fix the leak but we still didn't buy it. I would recommend for service.
