    Just want to give some credit where credit is due. We had our ford escape to two local ford dealers to repair a hesitation after shifting and starting... lower rpm's. it was to the point of feeling like it might stall and the tachometer was jumping. The first two dealers each had the car for over two weeks each trying to diagnose the problem. One replaced parts not needed $1500. The other finally diagnosed the entire transmission needing replaced at $5200. When I told them to put it back together and we would pick it up my wife picked it up and drove it 500 feet off the lot and the drive shaft broke. They tried to tell me they didn't touch the drive shaft when in fact the checked the rear differential the other dealership changed. After calling Ford Motor company and getting no satisfaction we decided to get the drive shaft fixed at Wapak Ford so we could sell it as is or continue to drive it with the problem. The drive shaft had a bracket that was not put back on previously by another dealer and could have easily contributed to breaking. Since they were fixing the drive shaft I asked them to drive it the next morning and see what they felt the hesitation could be. They called me immediately after driving it and told me it was the torque converter and asked how long we had drove it with this condition. Due to the lack of previous diagnosis we had put quite a few miles on it in this condition so naturally we were worried about transmission damage. I researched their diagnosis online and it showed others with the same issues so it seemed like a good diagnosis. I had them repair it and nothing else as we didn't want to sink any more money in the car the concern couldn't be repaired. Low and behold after months of dealing with this issue I picked the car up and it runs like a champ! Thank you to Wapak Ford for saving our beloved Ford Escape. You are now our new service headquarters for our Escape! Anyone else having concerns might want to make the short trip to Wapak! #wapakford

    Called to make an appointment to have 2018 King Ranch Truck side mirror light and windshield wiper blades replaced. Parts were supplied by another Ford... Dealership 2 1/2 hrs. away and they were paying for Wapak. Ford to do the service. What should have taken 1 hr turned into leaving the truck after waiting 2 1/2 hrs. Never called me to tell me they were having trouble with getting a hold of the other dealership for payment. Never called me to tell me the wiper blade arm needed replaced and that would have to be ordered. I called before they closed to find out my truck was not ready because of these issues. I immediately called other dealership and got payment taken care of. They ordered a new blade, to be in at 10:30 am next day. Called at 11:30 am to see if blade was switched out, told it wouldn't be ready until 1:30 pm because they were working on other vehicles. I had told them the night before that we needed the truck back ASAP for our business purposes the next day. We finally got truck back, I called to talk to owner and got owner's wife, owner out of office. Wife can't help me, she told me she was only the bookkeeper. I told her I had issues with customer service in Service, for the owner to call me back if he'd like to know. Minutes later I get a call and voice mail from the Service Manager. If I wanted Service Manager I would have asked for her in the first place, I asked for Owner. To replace light in side mirror, windshield wipers and one arm to the wiper blades.... 1 1/2 days. I realize they needed to order 1 part but the lack of communication, the laid back-customer has all day attitude, the oblivious to urgency and the "I don't care" attitude of owner not to return my call is more than I want to deal with........Dealership lost future service and 2 year upgrade of truck sale.

    I had my 2015 Escape repaired at Wapak Ford's body shop. It came out looking just like new! The owner, Kurt Dennis prepared the estimate and worked with... the insurance company. He even provided a free loaner car while my car was being repaired. If I ever need my car serviced or repaired again, I will definitely take it to them again.

    We had a Ford Fusion that we had serviced at Wapak. It was such a pleasant experience that when it was time to buy a new vehicle we went back and leased... a new truck. Another great experience. We were very happy with the deal they gave us. Family owned business, great to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    I took my car to this dealership to get a remote starter put on. It took them 7 days to put the starter on it and it still isn't right, because now there... is a light on the dash that comes on. They tried to blame it on Ford Corporate and say that the 2017 escape model that I have isn't compatible with the remote starter. They said Ford Corporate wouldn't call them back with a fix. I made them take the starter off and refund my money. But now I have this light on my dash that won't go off and they won't fix it. The owner Kurt Dennis, has the worst customer service skills ever! I would never buy a car from this dealership or even recommend it to anyone! They also argued with me about giving me a loaner, who takes 7 days to put a remote starter on a car? This Owner needs to take a class on customer service.
