McCurly “integrity” dealerships
Purchased a car. Car had problems unable to be fixed. Was deemed a lemon. They offered to upgrade us to a year newer car at the same price. Turns out it wasn’t at the same price. These sales people and sales managers will tell you anything and just put what they need to on the papers behind your back. The irony of being called “integrity”. If you shop here assume that you are being mislead. But with a very nice happy integrity smile.

No "DEALING" at this dealership
Nice sales people to interface with but "No dealing" at this dealership. Looked for a new truck but one model year old. McCurley presented factory rebates and incentives but NOTHING from this dealership. My trade-in was valued by McCurley at approximately $6K UNDER standard internet trade-in values that I pulled up. I have happily, successfully bought many GM vehicles over the years but have to shop outside the Tri-cities area to get a deal that I think is good for me.

Everyone is always helpful and answered all the questions I had. If they needed to add something to an order they would call and explain in detail what needed to be done before they gave the mechanic the all clear to do so.
