Instantly after submitting my KBB true cash offer Cece contacted me and invited me to come see what Maximum Auto could do for me and my trade. Knowing... my credit was not great I was hesitant but I went only because Cece didnt make me feel pressured like alot of the other places. It took them a while to get me approved, but they did and I couldn't be happier with my new ride. Cece was not my car dealer but was there the entire time and helped not only move things along but then took the time to make sure after the papers were signed that I had everything I needed and my new truck was ready for me! When I decide to purchase again I will definitely return if not for the selection but just the customer service I recieved.

Here's the sort and sweet. Arrived at mas immediately. saw jaguar I'd called about. Greg, salesman approaches. Recognizes I have my wife and 3 wk old baby... girl in tow. Sets them up in comfy waiting air con. waiting area. Test drove car. Loved it. Greg wanted to make sure it was right for us... who does that. Love it. We were out of there within 1hr with an awesome automobile I'll be forever thankful of. Even meet the previous owner of vehicle and was able to discuss maintenance Lof etc. Gonna wrap this up by saying I was sceptical of buying my dream car throu b a fly by night dealer. All it took was meeting greg to reassure me we were in the right place and this wasn't goingoing to be some awkward, high stress, pressured situation. Hope you get to see this greg. GREAT dealership. We needed a vehicle bad. They got us in one, even with my horrible credit. Salesman Mike Carpenter was AMAZING, go see him. All the guys... were super friendly.
Phil Shumate was very pleasant, helpful and easy to work with. He got me the best deal he could on the used vehicle I purchased. The rest of the staff... was also really good. I would definitely recommend this salesman and this dealership.
My lease was ending with Toyota but I still had an open bankruptcy. Getting a car was proving to be extremely difficult. The salesman Jeff "blew me off" when he found out I was not buying anything that day! Horrible!!! I JUST started looking and he didnt want to... hear that. Do yourself a favor.... STAY AWAY!!!

Rocky met with my husband first and he was very friendly and helpful. After hearing we had a decent salesperson, I drove down with the kiddos to check... out the few vehicles they had. One was promising. We went inside to work a deal and this is where it got very odd. I explained exactly what I wanted to pay but apparently my offer was offensive. Rocky became arrogant and offensive and accusing me of trying to get them to "give" me a car and they wouldn't be able to keep the lights on if they gave me the car for what I was asking (a few thousand below list price). I had several options available (such as removing the trade from the deal, putting money down, negotiating on trades value) but again, there was no real talking. They offered $1000 off the vehicle and a bit more on the trade but that still didn't get us in the price range (again, if they had talked numbers, we might have closed the deal). We didn't get to negotiate much past that. They would not talk numbers with me at all. Rocky stated he wasn't a finance guy so he couldn't discuss interest rates or anything further. In reality, if they had just sat down to work some numbers with me, we likely could have come to a deal. We had spent 5 hours with them and we didn't want to leave empty handed but that was what happened. The worst part was that they held onto the keys for our trade-in and we couldn't leave until they gave them back to us. Rocky didn't want to do that. We were literally hostages in this deal. We ended up taking our car somewhere else for trade (got $1200 more than they offered us) and were able to successfully negotiate on a similar vehicle with lower miles. They seemed like an average "side-of-the-road" dealer but their inspections were questionable and their demeanor changed significantly when trying to make a deal. Maybe it's because I was a woman? Rocky wouldn't even shake my hand as we were leaving and only shook my husband's hand.
