Buyer Beware, you might get a complete LEMON!

We were in desperate need of a family car for our kids and we bought a car from there on Monday and Tuesday night it started to show signs that the transmission was going out, by Wednesday it won't even drive down the block. Everything is AS IS and when I asked about inspections and wanting to get a mechanic to look at the car he brushed it off that an inspection would only cover like windshield wipers etc. Lessoned learned. We are now having to look at spending $4000+ for a new transmission after spending $6400 on a complete LEMON. I called to ask if there was anything they can do and they made it sound like " well they are old and eventually will need new work". Just a coincidence that it needs it not even days after we drove it off the lot.

Will sell cars out from under you

Do not deal with this car dealer. I called as soon as they opened for a vehicle i was interested in, asking if it was still available and if they could hold it for me to come take a look at it. I was assured by Tom that the vehicle was available and that I could come look at it. At lunch time, I took off work, called and spoke with Chris (Christian) while i was driving there. Chris told me the truck was available and he would hold it for the next 45 minutes for me. 15 minutes later, I arrived to the lot, and the truck was sold out from under me. Neither Jason or Chris took ownership of the problem and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Both came up with completely different stories as to what happened and that there was a miscommunication. After the story evolved the third time, it was somehow "Jason's" fault since he sold the truck and didn't know there was a hold on it. Do not trust these people with anything they say. CASH Machine and that is it. Their website about customer satisfaction is complete bs. And no one seems to know who is in charge. I guess there is no owner or manager for this car dealership.

Not so New

I had a great experience at Not So New Llc. There was a problem with the cars gas tank and they took care of it. Everyone was very nice. Jackie was sweet. I would go back in a heart beat.

A Dealer is a Dealer

I've heard a lot of Bad things about not nu but I have had a different experience! I bought my ford explore from Jackie and she did all she could to inform me of what issue's I might have with it, I bought it in 2004 and drove that thing to well over 300,000 miles! I junked it in 2008 and it would still start right up when they came and got it! The transmission went out lol! I also bought a Buick century that had no problems for 2 yrs and was in good shape when I gave it to my ex's son, Jackie has even gone so far as to tell me that some cars might need some minor work and others that my need major! A used car dealer can only hope to sell you a good car! A doctor may tell you your in good health as far as he can tell but he can't keep God from calling your name! By far I'm well satisfied! I bought my daughter a car from blue ridge auto mart 3 months ago and it already threw craps! $2000 but that's the chance we take when we buy used!

Poor service

WOW! What happenned to customer service. I walked in with cash money in hand and asked about a car. Was told they do not negotiate pricing at all. Then had to yell through a security window to the trade in manager about the details of my trade in just to hear him discriminate it. They may or may not have quality vehicles but their customer service needs a major overhaul. Just think, I was there to buy a car.
